Impresionante y muy mejorada casa de piscina perfecta para tres familias.

Casa de cinco habitaciones con tres baños. Tres maestros de California King mejorados y dos habitaciones para niños con literas completas. Dos de los maestros comparten un baño mejorado de jack n jill con encimeras de granito, baldosas de travertino y una ducha de diseño personalizado. El tercer maestro tiene un baño Jack n 'Jill que se comparte con el área común. La habitación de los dos niños comparte el baño del pasillo.

Amplia cocina renovada con encimeras de granito, placa para salpicaduras de travertino y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable: lavavajillas, microondas, estufa / horno y refrigerador. La lavadora y secadora grandes se encuentran fuera de la cocina para uso de los huéspedes. La sala de estar principal y el comedor de concepto abierto tienen muchos asientos para su familia. Great, walkable location to Disney. It met the needs for our group of 7. Fully stocked kitchen. Shared bathroom between king bedrooms was tricky at times. The amount of rules felt slightly unwelcoming. Pool did not heat to the advertised temperature.

Property management stinks

The house was nice, the linens were nice. It was clean. There are threatening notes throughout the house that are very unwelcoming. Dealing with a management company is very impersonal and stringent. The property says walkable, it’s 2.5 miles. That is not what I call walkable. Uber was about 10-12 each way regardless of the times we went so that was cheaper and easier than parking. Im now waiting weeks to get my deposit back.

Wonderful stay!

Great house and amenities. Had plenty of roomFor my family. Loved the pool in the kitchen. FYI, the oven had no ability to broil. Looks like the heating element is gone. Also, the water filter in the fridge was new and needed to be flushed because the water was cloudy. Other than that, the house was in a great location and met all our needs.

Great place for large family.

Enjoyed stay with family which included 3 young children. Having the interior space plus pool to ourselves versus multiple hotel rooms was a no brainer. Once we got used to the child proof locks, everything went smoothly. Access to washer and dryer also a plus.

Roomy and Convenient

A few colleagues and myself stayed here during a recent convention. The location is ideal for a quick walk to the convention center. The place was clean, had all the items we needed, and the beds were pretty comfy. Would recommend staying here again!

Too many rules

Property is fine, rules are ridiculous. I think the house could use a lot of updates for what the asking price is. There are a lot of rules , in which is ridiculous for a couple, family, friends to want to enjoy themselves. One of the rules are there is no music allowed at anytime outside. You can't be outside past 10 pm ( using pool, hot tub, grill) and you can't be outside before 9 am. Which both I feel are ridiculous. A lot of people enjoy waking up early with a morning cup of coffee and would like to go for an early swim or enjoy sitting in the hot tub.. Also they have an alarm on the door to the pool and it goes off every time you open the door. This was not stated in their advertisement for renting so when you get there and go to open the door to go to the pool the alarm will go off. It was very stressful. And coming inside the button to turn off the alarm on the outside of the door didn't work so the alarm would go off even longer.

Family vacation

The home was nice and spacious, veheniently, located in a quiet neighborhood close to disney. The hot tub was a benefit to start the day and loosen the muscles before a day at disney, or even after a day at disney.

My stay

House is clean, close to Disney. However, the house Parking was terrible. We couldn’t park on the street. The alarms went off every time we opened the door which was ridiculous.

Difficult Property Management & Ad Doesn’t match property

Property looks like the Ad overall but be warned you aren’t treated well and it’s more of a prison than vacation. This DOES NOT REFLECT VRBOs ads on TV whatsoever. Video cameras monitor you outside and people come on the speakers telling you to go in when you are quiet. We are 50 year old non partierers. Pool table was broke . They tried to fix but the totally undeveloped. I guess it’s for young kids. Home doesn’t meet building code. We tripped on several stairs. My wife injured her leg when she slipped off the front porch step. Their reaction was to ignore us. I’m sure they deleted the video of my wife falling and water cans bursting as she hit the ground. She is still injured from when we stayed in August.

Close to Disneyland, lots of rules.

Lots of rules created a level of stress I didn't want during vacation but we wanted everyone to have a bed and there were no hotel accommodations close to Disneyland to suit us for the price. It was worth it money-wise, but I really didn't like all the rules. The bins were not my favorite, they were very soft and I didn't get much rest. It was a beautiful home. This was my first time renting a vacation rental, so I guess I've got some things to learn. It wasn't what we expected. But we were close and we got to swim a couple times. I would recommend renting the property to a friend. And we would likely rent it again, knowing that there would be some things we weren't satisfied with.

Very nice time

The house was as advertised and quite comfortable. We had 5 adults and there was amole room for all us. The location was excellent. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The Disney parks are a short/inexpensive Uber/Lift ride away and an easy walk. If one does choose to walk I found entering and leaving through the Grand Californian Hotel cuts quite a bit distance and still provides easy access to both parks. The multiple Anaheim ordinances were a bit intimidating but we tend to be very quiet people anyway so it wasn't a problem. While we understand the need for the door alarms with the pool it would be nice if there was a way to reenter without setting it off. My wife would have liked to be able to have her morning coffee by the pool but was afraid of disturbing the neighbors.' We originally booked 2 rooms at a local motel for3 night but this house was a much better way to spend time with each other and still was over $500 cheaper! Everything was very professionally handled and the company was prompt in returning our deposit. All and all it worked very well for our needs and we would recommend the property to others.

Disney Neighborhood Gem

We choose this property because of its proximity to Disneyland and for the pool. The bonus was the house had some many bedrooms and fun things to do. We would come back from Disney in the late afternoon to take a swim and relax. Remember to push and hold the pool door alarm and give it a second to register before opening the door. We learned this the hard way. Quiet neighborhood, useful kitchen, large family table and couch. Will probably stay again during the summer months. I also thought it was a great value for the number of people it sleeps!

Disneyland Dream Vacation

This properly totally fit the needs of our family of 9 which included 6 adults and 3 children ages 6, 8, and 12. We found the home clean and inviting. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and island which suited our needs at breakfast while we gathered, prepared food, ate, and planned our day. The "Great Room" with its long dining table was wonderful as we enjoyed family meals. We especially enjoyed the pool and the game room where adults and children had so much fun. All in all, the home met and exceeded our expectations so that our family will have these wonderful memories. I would rent this property again.

Great vacation

Lovely luxury accommodations,comfortable sleeping, enjoyable pool, and good cooking stations. And surrounding areas with good activities and highways close by. My family and I had a great stay just one problem was not aware boiler being noticeably louder at night.
