Fully equipped with everything you need for an amazing stay creating memories for life.
We have in total 10 ensuite bedrooms with kingsize beds (no twin beds available!), each villa also have a powder room in connection to the great room. A large kitchens and an inviting great room for those nights you want to enjoy at home. Each villa has its own Infinity pool, a garden and the beach is right infront of you. There is a large Gazebo with dining area for up to 20 people between the villa's, and there is also a gazebo at the beach.
You even got a full size volleyball court in the back yard.
Starlink internet will always keep you connected, as well as our generators that kicks in if the power goes off on the island.

We have our own private dock if you rent a boat, and if you go on any of the boat tours, you can order pick up at the villa's if tide allows.

The villas also have generators, so you should never have any issue if the power goes off. We do have Starlink internet.

This property is excellent for travelling together with the whole famile, or for events like celebrating birthdays or weddings.

The property is located in the Hartswell area, around 15 minutes drive from George Town. You will find convenience shops and restaurants near by, i.e. one of the best restaurants on the island; Blu on the Water is just a few minuts drive from the villa.
This area has very calm sea, you can truly enjoy the water all the time with boat, kayaks and paddleboards. And we have a natural lazy river and some of the most beautiful sandbare in this area.

To make your stay even better, we suggest you to book private chef, butler and/or extra cleaning during your stay. Our property manager will provide you with prices for this extra service on request.



At Villa Exuma we offer our private Butler service.
Daily Rate- $400 for 8 hours (incl. 2 butler, one per villa). Additional hours incur a fee of $50 per hour.

Services include:

Greeting you upon arrival and assisting with settling into rooms.
Unpacking your luggage.
Ironing your clothing.
Booking reservations and tours.
Grocery shopping and restocking.
Serving your meals (not cooking)
Serving your favorite drinks while you lounge by the pool or beach.
Running errands when necessary.
Ensuring bedrooms and common areas are clean.
Recommend and arrange amenities for guests.
Assist with folding your clothes for packing.
Ensure all your bags are brought to the departure area.
Escort you to your transportation and bid you farewell.
