Details Living/Dining/Kitchen:
On a private white sandy Jimmy Hill Beach that you can wake up and walk for miles each day. Amenities and luxuries of a 5 star resort but with the privacy and zen atmosphere you will need to recharge.

One floor plan with 22 foot cypress ceilings. Direct access to the deck from the living room and master bedrooms. Views of the ocean from each master suite and the living area. The Villa has over 3400 square feet of living space, that can comfortably sleep 10-12 people.

Open concept Living, Dining and Kitchen. Living room with 58" inch Flat screen Smart Samsung Television, DVD and access to Netflix. Kitchen with 2 refrigerators, stove, microwave, island and bar stools to accommodate 3. Decorated with Restoration Hardware furniture combined with island accents provides high-end coziness.

The kitchen contains a Keurig, percolating coffee and a Breville Barista espresso machine. The kitchen has everything you need to cook during your stay, or hire one of the island's local chefs to cook for you. Dining room table along with a round table with seating for 12 in total.

Bedroom Details:
Two identical master suites with King beds. Two identical bedrooms with two queen beds in each room. 5th bedroom has a queen bed. It is the perfect villa to share with friends or family. Also includes a queen murphy bed that can be rolled into any bedroom for extra space.

King beds made up with luxurious bedding, down comforter and Egyptian duvet cover and sheets. 55" Flat screen smart TV located in each master. Baths graced with spa showers and double vanities.

Third and fourth bedrooms have two queen beds with luxurious bedding. Bedrooms have a 32" flat Screen smart screen TV. Third spa style bathroom off the 3rd bedroom with tub. Fourth bedroom has shared access to the 2nd master.

Fifth bedroom Queen mattress with luxurious bedding and 32" flat screen smart TV.

All spa bathrooms have hair dryers, luxurious white towels, shampoo and conditioner.

Details Location/Activities:
Villa Oceania is 1.5km/.9 miles from the airport. Half way to Georgetown and to the famous Emerald Bay golf course and beautiful Emerald Bay.

In the evenings, enjoy a fresh caught lobster dinner, or experience one of the lively local restaurants on the island.

The crystal clear waters provide excellent fishing, snorkeling and scuba diving. Take one of our kayaks or paddle boards and venture out to the nearby Islands in front of the Villa. Take a run or walk along the beach and explore the island.

Rent a boat, or hire an experienced captain from one of the local boat rental companies. Go to Starfish Beach or visit Sand Dollar beach to hunt for treasures. You can water taxi to Stocking island where you can swim with the docile stingrays, eat, and have fun at the famous Chat and Chill beach restaurant. Don't miss the posh Coconut Beach Club on Stocking Island for fun, food, drinks, and a lively atmosphere as well.

The love of water is the greatest attraction to Exuma. You can snorkel, scuba dive, parasurf, reef fish, or bone fish all right off the beautiful island of Exuma. Exuma is a world-renowned bonefishing destination of the Bahamas. There are many charter companies available for hire for reef fishing or deep sea fishing as well.

Georgetown offers boat rentals, boat guides, grocery and liquor stores as well as restaurants and shops.

We have a phenomenal house manager who can arrange chef services, grocery pick up, midweek cleanings, car rentals, and excursions, at an additional fee.

Georgetown International Airport has many direct flights through American Airlines and Delta Airlines among others.
