The "12th hole" unit at Stillwater's is located in Golf Colony Condos. The Golf Colony is a beautiful set of condos located just minutes from Stillwaters' Harbor Point Marina. Auburn is a short 25 mile ride down Hwy 280. This unit is a short walk across the street from the lake and the wonderful Church of the Living Waters where summer services are presented. The Golf Course is also very close and offers a challenging day for all who play. This unit offers a pool with a hot tub directly next to condo. Visitors also have access to the Stillwaters' pool and Tennis courts located just around the corner. There is a rear deck which is fully screened with a view of the fairway of the old Golf Course. Unit 308 has 3 spacious bedrooms, an inviting kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, a roomy living room and large porch for viewing the deer that graze feet from the patio each afternoon. You will find beautiful views throughout the unit. This condo has been completely updated. Bring your boat and store it at the Marina or rent one from Harbor Point. After enjoying your day on the lake, soak in the pool or hot tub just feet away from your stay. Hop on the Ez Go golf cart provided and head for the marina, golf course, tennis/pickle ball courts, park, or enjoy a night out at Coppers Bar and Grill. Enjoy Sunday services at the Church of the Living Waters. It is a short walk from your front door. This condo is in pristine condition and waiting for you.
Auburn University is a short 25 mile drive away. Perfect for game day weekends. Watch the game on Saturday and golf on Sunday or enjoy the lake!

We were a group of 7 so this property easily met our needs. Parking was just outisde the unit and easily accesible. The beds and sitting area were very comfortable. I really enjoyed the screened in porach. It had a great view of the pool and was very peaceful. Our host was very accomodating and easy to connect with.

We were in town to visit family for Labor Day. The owner was very responsive and helpful and unit was clean! We were pleasantly surprised that we had use of their golf cart as well! Overall nice place to stay for a long weekend!

Beautiful condo!

Our family of 8 traveled from Kansas City for my son’s senior trip. There was plenty of space for all of us, and the condo is decorated so nicely! It was the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Debbie provided a pack and play and high chair for us, which saved us a lot of space in the van. The pool is right next to the condo, and the golf cart made it so convenient to get around. My daughter loves to play pickle ball, so we enjoyed using the courts. The boys played golf there and had a great time. We enjoyed dinner at Prime Steakhouse right up the road - it was delicious! Wish we could have stayed longer. There was so much more to do that we didn’t get to. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!! Almost anything you can think you might need is provided, and then some! Thank you, Debbie, for everything!! We would love to stay there again!

Family 4th of July Weekend

We had a great time staying in this condo and the bedroom arrangement was fantastic for our group. The pool was super convenient to the I do, and we enjoyed going to the other pool in the complex as well. We rented a boat out at the marina and really enjoyed boating around Lake Martin. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked with supplies to cook with for our breakfast and dinners. The host was very communicative and helpful. We had a great time and would stay here again. The screened in porch was a great space to hang out in the morning and watch the deer!

Girls weekend

Had the best time. Second time staying here. Close to the pool and gulf cart is an added bonus. Host is great with communication and accommodating any special requests. Will for sure stay again.

Our stay at Debbie’s condo was excellent. She was so communicative leading up to the stay. The condo itself exceeded our expectations - ample towels, super comfortable beds, a perfect location and a wonderful screened in porch. We plan to be back!

Dream Vacation

My husband and I stayed for a month and couldn't have been happier. This place and its owners are amazing! It has everything you'd ever want for a dream vacation and is located in a quiet, gated community with a pool and hot tub right outside your door. It's near Lake Martin and many lovely State parks including Cheaha, Chewacla, and Wind Creek to name a few. There are so many beautiful trails to walk or drive your golf cart on. In the evenings you'll most likely see deer from the screened in porch. We counted 15 one night which was unbelievable! It was very sad to leave this beautiful place and the wonderful friends we made. Thank you, Debbie and Bert, for making this one of our most memorable and best vacations ever!

Great condo

Condo has all we needed for the stay. Beds and baths are great set up for guests. Plenty of seating,counter space, and very comfortable living room. Screened porch also furnished nicely. Great get a way!

Family/Football Getaway

Debbie is a kind, thoughtful, and overall amazing host, and this is a wonderful property. We especially enjoyed the patio, the pool, the proximity to golf, and exploring the area in the provided golf cart. Staying at Lake Martin for our game weekend added extra fun and relaxation to our experience.

Lovely condo in gated community

This lovely condo, in a gated golf course community, was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting nearby Auburn University. The condo is clean and spacious. The host was attentive. The rooms spacious and comfortable. The outdoor screened porch perfect for watching deer in the evenings. We will definitely return.

Lake Martin getaway

We love staying at Still Waters. The condo was perfect for our family weekend at Auburn. Grocery delivery from Instacart made it super easy to relax. Evening golf cart ride to The Landing for cocktails was amazing.

Auburn Graduation trip

We had a wonderful stay. This place is beautifully decorated, cozy and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the screened in porch! We saw tons of deer in the afternoon/early evening and morning.

Christmas Getaway

Our family stayed here to celebrate Christmas. It was perfect- well stocked with towels and kitchen essentials. Property Manager was quick to help with an issue with the tv. Great location too-
