Como se ve en la búsqueda de gangas frente al lago de HGTV: Renovación (Temporada 2, Episodio 10 "Haciendo recuerdos en el lago Martin")

¿Estás listo para un poco de fútbol?Estamos a solo 40 minutos del estadio Jordan Hare. Sentarse alrededor de nuestra hoguera será el lugar perfecto para pasar las próximas noches de otoño, ver las hojas cambiar de color en los árboles y reflejarse en el lago.

No hay pasos en nuestra propiedad por dentro o por fuera. Está en 1. 3 acres en una cala tranquila perfecta para practicar kayak y natación, pero a solo minutos de grandes aguas y un lanzamiento de botes en DARE Park.


Para los niños, hay un trampolín y un columpio, un área de playa de arena completa con juguetes, y tenemos dos kayaks para jóvenes, 1 kayak para adultos y un remo de pie. Estos están disponibles para el uso de todos. Su depósito por daños será devuelto en función del estado de la casa, pero también del estado de estos artículos.

En el interior, encontrará un plano de planta abierto con vista al lago y al patio trasero desde la mayoría de las habitaciones. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y cuna. Cuando te despiertas por la mañana, lo primero que verás es el lago brillando fuera de tu ventana. En el baño principal encontrará una bañera profunda. También hay una gran ducha con cabezal de ducha tipo lluvia y tocador doble.

Al otro lado de la casa hay otros tres dormitorios y un baño. El dormitorio de invitados (Shore Thang) tiene una cama queen size con vista al lago. Está decorado en un tema náutico.

La sala de literas está decorada con un tema de "Niños perdidos" con adorables literas de barco y un tipi.

La habitación de las niñas está decorada con un tema de sirena y tiene un sofá cama doble con cama nido doble, así como un futón que se pliega en una cama de tamaño completo.

La cocina tiene asientos en la isla, así como una mesa de comedor. Afuera, encontrará un ENORME backporch con una gran sección para tomar una siesta y disfrutar de la brisa del lago. No se olvide de nuestra luz de canoa y estanque de peces de canoa.

Great getaway

We had a great stay! The kids had a blast on the paddle board, canoe, and kayaks. Great place to stay with teens and kids.

A wonderful week

Our stay at this peaceful retreat was bittersweet, as it marked the end of our plains era. We chose to spend a week at the lake for graduati on. The was the perfect location, fordrives into Auburn. Publix ca graduation.

Excellent lake house in a quiet area

We really enjoyed our week long stay, the house is located in quiet location. Our kids could swim right off the dock with no worries of boat traffic, perfect place for paddel boarding, and kayaking, property was well kept and clean. Looking forward to revisiting in the future.

Family vacation

This property was great for our four kids. The sandy beach area was great. The rooms were big and allowed for a comfortable stay. The owners were great to work with. I hope to stay again soon.

Great Mother's Day Getaway

We had three generations of ladies from our family on our traditional getaway. This property was perfect for us! It had beautiful outside areas and a great view of the water. It provided room for everyone to have separate activities and be together. We would stay again!

Peaceful lake getaway

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful and comfortable home. The host was very easy to communicate with and neighbors are friendly! Perfect yard and access to lake via private beach and dock. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay!

We stayed as a group of 10 and had plenty of room. Beautifully House with amazing covered back area with couch and dining table, so nice to have on this rainy weekend. Kids loved jumping off the dock and all the kayaks (5) and canoe (1) that were there. House is in a small nook of the lake so it feels like the kids have their own little pool safely away from boats. They were in the water all day and loved it. Fire pit was very nice as well. Great communication with owner that allowed us late check out. Would definitely come back!

VERY cute property and house! Nice and quiet location overlooking the lake with a small beach. The back yard and covered porch is amazing! The inside was nice with a few cosmetic tweaks needed. The livingroom furniture isn’t the most comfortable and the sofa needs to be replaced, the beds are very firm. The owner is very communicative and quick to respond to messages. Example: We had an internet outage while there and she was proactive in letting us know that the provider had an outage and expected eta for restoration. All in all, I would absolutely rent this house again just for the location, the livingroom window view and the back porch (where we spent most of our time)!

Quaint and Quiet

This was the perfect house for our little group. The outdoor area was the perfect spot to relax after a day in the water and the huge yard allowed the kids to run. Huge bonus there were no stairs to climb. The neighbors all seemed very nice and we really enjoyed all the neighborhood pups.

Lake Martin Trip

It was exactly what was described. Easy to drop the boat at the. Oat launch and navigate to the house. We had a fabulous time. The setting was very peaceful! Everyone enjoyed the property and would definitely come back.

Great get away for a fun filled weekend on the lake

We had absolutely everything we needed to make my family’s stay perfect. From keeping the kids entertained while we pack the boat for the day. The play ground and trampoline was a blast for them. And the gorgeous back porch and great views to enjoy breakfast and dinner. Ease of access to the boat dock made it easy to load and unload. We will definitely stay again.

Great time at Lake Martin!

We had a wonderful week at Lake Martin and thoroughly enjoyed the home. Our daughter was recovering from a sports injury, so the easy access from the car to both the house and lake was a major factor in choosing this property; something that's not always common at the lake. The house was clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked. We experienced one minor issue overnight, but the host responded promptly and resolved everything the next day. The lake view from the house is amazing, and we loved having the dock for our boat rental. We also appreciated the convenient location near restaurants, groceries, and marinas. It was fun looking through the before-and-after renovation photos. It is hard to believe it's the same house! The owners made excellent decisions with their updates.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The location was great for teens and smaller children. We had ages 15,14,8, and 4. Our older grands loved the kayaks and we didn’t have to worry about boat traffic. There is no swing set or trampoline but must have been there years back. We had 9 people with plenty of room for everyone. My father enjoyed the views and drinking coffee on the back porch. The inside toys were a hit with the smaller grandchildren. We cooked and ate every meal at the house. The grill is charcoal. There is no pantry so we kept our non perishable grocery items in the hard plastic traveling boxes. The boat slip was nice and convenient to go out to the larger areas of the lake. The boat launch is just minutes down the road. The views were amazing. We had a great time and made wonderful memories! I hope to visit and vacation here again.

New Year Get-A-Way

We stayed for the weekend for a new years get away and had a great time. Even though it was too cold to swim, the property was great for the kids to run around and play. The play set was a nice bonus! The home was great to house both our families and we loved the open concept so we could all be together. The power went out at one point (no fault of anyone or owner) and the owner/manager reached out to check on us. Would recommend and would def stay again!

The best

This is our second time to stay here. We absolutely love this place. We used the kayak and paddle board and brought our owe paddle board. We so enjoyed our time here that we are already picking a week to come next year. The owners are the best. Due to the storm Debby we could not drive back to Florida. We contacted the owner Cheryl and she didn’t hesitate to allow us to stay another night and even said we could stay longer than that if we needed. Such a blessing. Thank

Great place!

We loved this property, the location on the lake was close to town and the marina, which was convenient since we brought a boat. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboard! I only deducted a star from the accuracy of the listing because the beach has worn away a bit and could use some more sand. I have a toddler that enjoys playing in the sand, so I wish there was more of a beach area. We also did not see a gas grill, only charcoal, so prepare for that if you’re going to cook. Other than that, we loved this house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lake!! :)

My husband and I both attended Auburn. We love the Lake Martin area and have vacationed there for several years. It is the perfect location for us because of its convenience to Auburn. We look forward to making many family memories on the lake and hope that you will too!
