Guest suite studio basement apartment with private entrance, washer & dryer, kitchenette, and off street parking. Conveniently located close to Capitol, University, Hospital, Convention Center, Fairgrounds and I-5. Situated in a quiet historical neighborhood with beautiful trees and architecture. You have access to the entire 1000 sq ft space which includes a Ca King bed, full size sleeper sofa, kitchenette, bathroom, washer/dryer, and a great garden patio seating area.
The space
Over 1000 sq ft of relaxed living in this 1928 Tudor guest suite. You're only a few blocks away from the farmers market, state capitol, riverfront park, and downtown. You're also conveniently location close to I-5 and 99W. The space features a roomy cal king bed, full size memory foam sleeper sofa, electric fireplace for added warmth and ambiance, full size washer & dryer, shower, brass wet bar with kitchenette, fridge, ice maker, microwave, toaster and induction burner. The copper eat at bar makes a great place to pour yourself a vintage cocktail while enjoying your favorite show on one of the two TV's located in the suite. The pull out sofa offers room for additional guests. There is a nice dedicated space to park your vehicle off street directly adjacent to the private entrance. Coffee, tea provided.

I'm available to make recommendations. I love talking about the property, Salem, Oregon and traveling as well as business. I live in the main house and work from home. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have, but typically leave guests to themselves. Because this is a basement apartment, you will hear signs of life above you. I do live pretty quietly and there is an additional sound machine available for use should you need it. I do my best to make sure guests are comfortable and your stay here is as relaxing as possible.
