This condo oasis (MP 7) is only 1 mile (5 minutes) from the famous OBX beaches! PLUS its situated right on the sound and boasts beautiful sunset and bird sanctuary views. The condo is a quick bike ride to the famous Wright Brothers Memorial, grocery stores, and many restaurants. 2 adult bikes included!
Enjoy use of a pool onsite (open May to early October) and tennis courts on the condo's property.
Parking is free onsite and a public boat ramp is 1 mile away!
Kick back and enjoy some good old relaxation!

Loved the location of this condo! Gorgeous sunsets and close to everything. You can get to Manteo or Duck in 20 minutes. The condo is bright and inviting. Everything is there to cook a meal and having seasonings, etc was a plus! You can walk to Publix to get a few things. A walking path was a plus too! Loved the pool! We were there when Hurricane Erin skirted the coast. No issues in Kill Devil Hills! The owner was very responsive throughout the rental process and while there.

The condo was in a perfect location with a beautiful view of the sound. It was tastefully decorated, very clean, and simple yet thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—creamer, sugar, stevia, K-cups, dish soap, sponges, trash bags, paper products, beach towels, an air pump, and even detergent. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were adorable. Our host, Michael, was also extremely responsive and easy to communicate with.

Check in was a breeze, very quiet peaceful neighborhood. The condo was very well stocked with all kitchen essentials and very conveniently located to food lion, Walmart and Publix. There was a couple small issues with the floor and bikes but we communicated it immediately and these issues are going to be resolved. Overall was a great stay.

Beach Trip

We had a great time the beach was a short drive and very close to the Condo. We enjoyed the Condo very much it is well stocked with everything.

Lovely and peaceful. It is a quiet area but convenient to the Publix grocery store. The kitchen equipment is well stocked and things are helpfully labeled. The only glitch was that Vrbo sent the wrong access code for entry and after a long drive we were *anxious* to get in! The owner responded promptly and the day was saved!

Relaxing sunsets

The view of the sound is spectacular. Screened in porch was great to relax and watch the sunset. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was close to the beach. We enjoyed the screened in porch, and the pool. Very conveniently located very near to Publix. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay!

My family had a wonderful stay. The condo was only five minutes from the beach. It was close to shops and restaurants. We got to enjoy the pool the last two days of our stay. The pool was very nice and the people who lived there were very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here. It had everything we needed and wanted. We also loved the screened in porch. We ate every meal out there. We will be staying here again. Only thing I would recommend is for the owner to invest in some new frying pans and cooking utensils. There was only one spatula. This is not to affect the place negatively. It was very nice place. I understand there lot people that stay here so those things get used a lot and wore out very easily.

Great place to stay

This was such a great place to stay for a quick trip to OBX! I enjoyed being close to everything but still getting to watch the sunset every night out the windows (it was chilly when we went)! Great host communication!

Two Night Stay

Condo was perfect, so well stocked, clear directions, decor was fun, everything about it was perfect. Centrally located as far as anything we needed was very close by. Condo was quiet, sunsets were incredible and sunrise was beautiful as well. We would absolutely return.

Great place!

This is a great place in a great location for a great price. We had everything we needed. The process was smooth start to finish and we didn’t have questions because the host laid everything out upfront. I’d recommend this place to another couple! We will look back into this place if we decide to come back to the OBX area!

July 2024 Stay

This was an excellent place to stay for our week vacation at OBX. The owners we're very responsive and helpful. The property was very clean, cool and provided a great view. The community pool was a definite plus as well. Great location that we plan on booking again for future trips back to OBX!

Cozy condo on the sound

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo on the sound! It had all the amenities from home and some additional surprises that made packing easier- beach chairs and umbrella, additional boogie board, and some other things that were a plus! The neighbhood was quiet and about a mile to the beach access. We rented a golf cart for the week making it super easy to get to beach and around town. Only issue was finding a plug to charge it in over night so we just ran the extension chord from kitchen window and parked right below in the grass. Worked just fine! Def recommend! Host was super communicative and helpful! Thanks for a great week!

The owners went above and beyond to make sure that anything you might need was provided. The only downside was the too tall grass that blocked the beautiful view.

Fantastic Place

What a great place to stay!! We loved that it had a pool and that it was right across the street because we spent a lot of our time there. The rental had everything you needed from bath towels to beach stuff (chairs, towels, umbrella, boogie board, cooler and more). The view from the living room was breathtaking and I loved sitting and watching the birds and people in kayaks going by. My husband liked that things were labeled on how to operate them and that there were plenty of charging devices in case you forget yours. It is a short drive to eateries and shopping. Highly recommend this rental.
