The property comes with a parking pass for an oceanfront parking lot right next to the Avalon Fishing Pier.

We loved this clean, decorative vacation home. It is homey, and has all the things you need.It is about a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive to beach/ pier. I look forward to staying there again for vacation

Very nice little house to stay in. Was perfect for 4 people. Had an outdoor shower, nice yard and picnic table, clothes line. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, canopies and a cart for the beach. Good location, and they supplied us with a parking pass for the Avalon Pier area which was really convenient. Only downsides of this house were the floors. A little creaky/noisy. Obviously was only a problem when sleeping and you had to get up. But other than that, we would stay here again! Check in process was super simple and the hosts were very prompt on communication.

The cottage was very cute and comfortable. It was furnished and equipped with everything we needed. Greg, was a good host and was very responsive to questions we had during our stay. My friend and I enjoyed our visit there.

Perfect beach bungalow

This was the perfect beach house. It was the right size for my husband and me. It had all of the things one would need from linens to beach equipment. The host, Greg, was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Great Bungalow!

This is a great property for a small family! It was super clean and very well stocked. Close to lots of restaurants, bars and shopping as well as the beach! Highly recommend!

Summer Vacation

This was our second vacation to the Outer Banks and the first time staying on the islands. This is the best way to experience the Banks. Anyone thinking of vacationing here needs to do the same.

Cozy house with great location

This house was just perfect for our family of 4. The house was just the right size, beautifully decorated, had very comfortable beds, and Greg provided so many supplies and extras that made packing for and staying at the beach so much easier. The shed had a lot of beach supplies (chairs, boards, etc.) and the house came with a beach parking pass that was super convenient. The house was in a great location and close to all you would need, while being down the main road just enough to not have all the traffic noise. Overall we were so pleased with this house and would come back in a heartbeat.

Lovely Cottage to Close Out Our Summer!

We stayed at this lovely cottage for 6 nights over the Labor Day holiday. It was spacious for my husband and me, and still big enough for when our daughter and son-in-law joined us for a few nights. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials. The location was great, with around a 10-minute walk to the sound, and the street was quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

You won't be disappointed. The location is ideal with Target right around the corner for supplies and food. The beach and Avalon Pier is just a couple blocks away. This bungalow was perfect for our family and had everything you needed with plenty of room, defnitely would stay again. Truly a home away from your home. Thanks!

Stay with young kids

We stayed with our 5 and 2 year old and had such a good trip! Would definitely come back. Loved having the beach parking pass and washer/dryer!

I have owned this property since 2013 having fallen in love with it during a stay at OBX. I live in Virginia Beach, VA and visit OBX most weekends when I can.

Once you see or stay at this cute bungalow, you will fall in love with it and the location. Very easy access to the Ocean and the property comes with a parking past for the community lot oceanfront and the lot sound side giving access for kayak or SUP.

The home has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It also has a fold out sofa and a futon. The kitchen is well furnished with all the amenities one could want.
