Great stay!

Greg was always available and responsive to any questions we had! The beach parking pass was a game changer, great private lot right by the beach access. We really enjoyed our stay here and all the extras on property including umbrellas, chairs, toys, etc for the beach.

Cozy Beach Cottage Close to Everything!

We had an amazing stay! It was so cute and had everything we needed. We have a child under 2, so it was nice that there weren’t a lot of steps. Everything was close by (including Target!!). The owner was responsive and nice. The beds were comfy, there was an outdoor shower, it was a perfect stay!!

Wonderful holiday week

Had a 5 night stay around the July 4th holiday with a group of 4 other adults. The property was lovely and had everything we needed with plenty of room for all of us to fit comfortably. Greg was a wonderful host and was always quick to answer any questions or give us a heads up about weather. Loved our stay and hope to be back.

House was super cute and clean!

The house was perfect for our long weekend trip. Having the linens provided was such a treat. The kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed to cook with. Very clean and cozy! We will definitely make a return trip in the future.

I have owned this property since 2013 having fallen in love with it during a stay at OBX. I live in Virginia Beach, VA and visit OBX most weekends when I can.

Once you see or stay at this cute bungalow, you will fall in love with it and the location. Very easy access to the Ocean and the property comes with a parking past for the community lot oceanfront and the lot sound side giving access for kayak or SUP.

The home has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It also has a fold out sofa and a futon. The kitchen is well furnished with all the amenities one could want.
