Operated by a fully integrated Crestron System personalized to your lifestyle, the 7-bedroom, 11-bathroom home offers an unparalleled living experience. From both levels throughout the home, expansive walls of glass vanish offering seamless indoor/outdoor living. Custom features include 2 floating staircases, 33 floor-to-ceiling Rimadesio Italian glass magnetic doors, an elevator with custom bank vault doors, a spectacular 6-foot Mooi chandelier, all custom-sized and hand-knotted carpeting, Nano Glass, and a scratch and stain proof stone composite slab on the main level and all baths.
Outfitted with all top-of-the-line appliances, the chef's kitchen is second to none. Additional first-class amenities include a custom 600-bottle wine cellar, a large home movie theater, a gym, and a personal office offering views of the beautiful grounds. Agent shall notify Client in advance of any access and will coordinate with Client to schedule such access at a mutually convenient time if possible.
- Client agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition, and to ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are secured during any showings or maintenance activities. You may also qualify for a complimentary touch-up cleaning.
