BACKYARD & POOL
Our backyard invites you to let go and live your best Florida life. Fire up the BBQ grill for cookouts under the St. Pete sun and linger into balmy nights at our dining table for six. But the best part? Our new swimming pool. It’s decked out with jets, fountains and a tanning ledge with bubblers. Relax here in the water, or settle into a chaise lounger as sunny afternoons give way to neon sunsets that blaze across the sky.

We’re also happy to provide discounts on beach equipment rentals through our collaboration with a local company.

ENTRY LOUNGE
Our front lounge is a fun throwback to ‘60s Florida. Unwind in peach club chairs, as you sip an Aperol spritz or watch some TV. An accent wall with tropical boho wallpaper brings in retro orange and green hues. And a rug and six counter stools offer pops of turquoise. With two counter bars here – one is the kitchen counter, the other is built into a wall – you have plenty of options for eating and drinking together.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The lounge flows into our open kitchen which is a calming sea of white. Enjoy a deep basin sink, new stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and dishware you’ll need to make home-cooked meals. You can also hang out at the counter bar which has two stools. And in the mornings, our coffee bar pulls out all the stops: It has a coffee pot, gourmet 12-cup coffee pods, French vanilla creamer, half and half, sugar & stevia.

The dining area is a few steps away, with a white circular table and four turquoise chairs. This is your go-to spot for sunny breakfasts or evening board games with popcorn.

LIVING ROOM
Our living room is a boho dream where you’ll spend lots of quality time. Kick back on the caramel leather sofa with patterned pillows and a groovy throw. Wallpaper in a faded blue-and-white motif anchors this space while a brass flamingo lamp, colorful rug and carved tables bring it to vibrant, worldly life. You’ll also enjoy lots of windows, a big-screen TV and a conversation nook with leather butterfly chairs.

Leading into this room, an open area has the same relaxed vibe with a large rattan mirror and poufs and floor pillows in the prettiest colors.

4 BEDROOMS
Four bedrooms offer a mix of soothing neutrals and rich, bold hues that make you smile. From white bunks to orange and blue velvet headboards, each bed has a luxury mattress, comfy white bedding and boho toss pillows. All rooms also have gorgeous rugs, bedside tables and smart TVs for watching your favorite shows. And tropical touches abound – like sunny artwork, wave wallpaper, flamingo lamps and basket pendant lights.

2 FULL BATHROOMS
Two bathrooms are peaceful oases for your self-care routines. In the hallway bathroom, you’ll find blue and white patterned floor tiles and wall art with blue flamingos. And the shower delights with a rainfall shower head and soaking tub. Over in the master bath, enjoy a spacious double vanity, the same lovely tiles and a glass walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head. Our bath amenities include shampoo, conditioner and shower soap.

Guest Access:
There are 6 parking spaces in the over-sized driveway, and then you enter the home through the keypad deadbolt on the front door. You'll be given a unique 4 digit code that is programmed to work during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
It's a quiet neighborhood, and it's walking distance to a nearby park.

Getting Around:
This house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so it's not really that walkable. There is a nice nearby park that you can walk to. But almost everywhere you'd want to go -- downtown Gulfport, St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, etc. -- is a 5-7 minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
-All pets are welcome, and we have a $50 pet fee which covers all pets. Please note as you book that you will be asked if you will be bringing a pet. Mark yes, which will cause Airbnb to collect the pet fee.
-Driveway can hold 6 parked cars. Unfortunately, there is no street parking. There is a nearby park if you'd like to use short-term parking. Ask the host (Rob) for where that is.
-This house is in a residential neighborhood, so please keep the noise down after 9pm.

I'm almost always available either through the app or my phone number, which will be provided when you book! I’m told I’m very responsive.
