816 square foot 2 bedroom 1.5 bath cozy cottage that is great for a family get-a-way. It is within a 220 feet walk to the beach access, has a private outdoor 266-sf 6-ft deep pool and a nice porch where you can people watch while enjoying the ocean breeze. The house is 1-mile from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk where the famous Britts Donut Shop is located. The kitchen is outfitted with a Kinetico Water System to provide clean drinking water.

If you are interested in bringing your dog, there is a non-refundable $150 pet fee per dog & please keep in mind the following per Carolina Beach, NC regulations:
Beach: - Dogs must be on a leash at all times.
- October 1 through March 31, Dogs are allowed on the beach during all
hours
- April 1 through September 30, Dogs are only allowed on the beach before
9am & after 5pm. Dogs are not allowed on the beach between 9am – 5pm.
Boardwalk: - Dogs are not allowed on the historical wooden parts of the
boardwalk at any time & not allowed in the Boardwalk Business District

This little slice of paradise is in the perfect spot in Carolina Beach. Just a few steps to the ocean. The pool was a great bonus. We had everything we needed. The owners supplied us with everything from paper towels, tp, hand soap, dish/washing detergent to towels and sheets. We didn’t have to bring anything but ourselves and of course our pups. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Perfect place for amazing memories!

We have been coming to Carolina/Kure Beach area for many years and this house just added to another amazing summer vacation of memories. The house itself is beautiful, clean and perfect for a small family. The pool was of course the biggest hit for my family as my kids love going to the pool throughout the day. The quick walk to the beach with the provided wagon and chairs was a huge hit as well. The staff that we dealt with via messenger and who we actually got meet in person was phenomenal. I truly cannot say enough good things about this particular place. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to be close to the beach and have a private pool!

Perfect vacation spot

This was our second time staying in this property. I just booked for next year as well. Excellent communication with the property manager and host. There was an issue with garbage left from a previous renter, but the host and property manager were right on it. No fault on them or the property at all. I only mention it because it was quickly addressed, and they went above and beyond for us. This meant so much for our family. The beach is a quick easy access. The private pool was perfect for our small family. Restaurants are in a short walking distance or drive. The cart for the beach, chairs, and pool noodles were an added bonus. The beach house is very clean as well. They added a gate on the balcony and dish washer since our last stay.

Perfect Beach House for Small Group/Solo Travelers!

This was my second time staying at this property and I loved it just as much as the last! Happy to see the recent upgrades of a dishwasher and the gate on the porch (so fur babies or kiddos could safely enjoy the deck as well.)This beach house is truly a gem for solo or small group travelers wanting the amenities of a large beach house (ex pool) but an affordable price. Will probably be booking again for next year!

Issues with pool cleanliness

Arrived at check-in to a green pool that was clear it had yet to be cleaned this season. Had to go back and forth multiple times with the property manager and maintenance manger to get it to revolved. We were unable to use the pool for 3 days due to this. Was given a small amount of money back for this but was never compensated for the time I spent communicating to get this resolved on my vacation, plus I did not feel it was enough to not be able to use the biggest amenity this place has to offer. I am in the process escalating this to VRBO.

Everything was just as described for our stay. Will definitely stay again. Had a little issue checking in but the property manager fixed it right away.

This is a really cozy place to stay..two bedrooms two bathrooms , one shower but that worked out fine. Its so nicley decorated . Living room has a slidder window so we can sit outside on the deck with a side view of the walkway leading to the ocean. Dishwasher and coffee pot / kurig so you can take your pick, kcup or brewed. Clean pool in back with comfy chairs to lye out on . There is a cart downstairs in the laundry room full of pool noodles and little extras if you want to wheel things to the beach. We brought our golf cart and were able to park it under the deck at night and charge it in their regular outside outlet. We drove around the beach often and went to eat at Kates pancake house . Food is awesome ! Also the property manager Elizabeth is very nice and available if you need anything. It is a busy street so you can hear traffic when watching tv , but we didnt mind. We will he back.

Comfortable Home Near Beach

Comfortable well-cared-for home very close to the beach. It provided everything I needed for an enjoyable two-month stay near family. It is on a very busy road, however, and the traffic noise, especially on weekends, was a bit unpleasant for me.

Property is at a nice location, has a nice pool and ocean view. Restaurants are nearby and a walking trail is located in close proximity to the property. Enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it!!

Carolina Beach

The house was great. Compared to the pictures, the location of the house is actually closer to the beach than it appears. No beach cart is needed. The house is equipped with everything you need, but bring beach chairs. The pool was a huge bonus. Communication with property management was excellent. Would definitely stay again!
