Brand New 3bdr/2.5 Bath. Private Pool!

Rosie's Hula House is a brand new 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with a private pool and only 2 blocks from the beach. It is also a short ride to restaurants, shops and activities.

The wide open floor plans give you and your guests place to entertain or relax. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all the necessities to cook your favorite meals. The dining table seats 6 with additional 3 at the breakfast bar. After a day at the beach, relax in the living room and watch a movie on the 50" smart tv.

Rosie's Hula House sleeps up to 8 guest in its 3 bedroom 2 bath floor plan. The master bedroom provides a king bed and private bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and smart tv. 3rd bedroom has a built-in bunk bed, full over full beds with stairs to easily access the top bunk. It also has a smart tv. Both the 2nd bedroom and bunk room share the hall bathroom which offers a tub & shower combination.

Enjoy the outdoor entertaining space which features a private pool, table & chairs, gas grill, outdoor shower and a pool side restroom.

Primary Renter must be 25 yrs or older.

This was actually our 2nd time staying at Rosie's Hula House. We love the location! Our kids love having their own rooms! We truly enjoy staying here. It would be 5 stars if the pool was heated. It was freezing cold! Other than that the house had everything we needed. We'd stay here a 3rd time for sure!

Great vacation house

Location was convenient to everything, including the beach. House was perfect size and set up for our family. Kids loved the pool and the outdoor shower was great for after the beach. We loved our vacation here and would recommend highly.

Summer get away

Great little house

The house is perfect for a small family to enjoy after a day at the beach. It’s the first property I’ve stayed at that actually has everything you need to cook at the house. The private pool area downstairs was perfect for the kids or for adults to just relax in and get out of the heat. Would definitely stay here again.

Rosie’s was just what my family of 6 needed for a couple days away. The house was very clean, pool was cool and our kiddos enjoyed the kids bunk room. We will be back!

Great Location

Took a last minute family trip for spring break booked this one easy. Enjoyed the decor, location and easy beach access. However, the rooms are very small and the walls are very thin. If you are looking for privacy this is not the place for you. I could hear our loud spring break neighbors, and the cars. Also, would recommend placing hooks to hang towels and clothes. Overall we had a great stay!

Absolutely perfect!

Exactly as listed. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Beds and couches are comfy. The whole place was spotless. Ice maker was a plus. Pool was lovely and cleaned while we were there. Zero complaints!!

First Port A trip!

Great property! In general, it was clean. Crumbs under the dining table and in the kitchen when we arrived and 2 bath towels from the bathroom stack appeared soiled. Otherwise - lovely! Easy location, good family time and lots of memories made. Thanks Rosie’s Hula Hut! We’ll be back!

Perfect Spot

Very clean. Well stocked with towels and kitchen needs. Pool is small, but loved the privacy. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Right on 11th Street so walking distance to beach, whataburger, golf cart rentals and all. Master has no tv but we bought a small one for under $100 and that solved that. We will be back.

Fun at the beach

We had a great time in Port A. The house is super close to the beach. We rented golf carts and it was a great short ride. The kiddos loved it! The rooms in the house are small. The master has a king size bed and it is pretty much wall to wall bed. All beds were comfortable and clean. Over all the house suited our needs. There were 7 of us that stayed in the house. Our favorite part of the house was the pool!! It was wonderful to cool off in!

Little piece of Paradise

My family and I had an awesome stay here. Everything was clean. The kitchen was stocked with more than I thought it would be. Had an issue with the pool one morning and called and they had someone out there literally in 15 minutes and even called me back with what was going on and how they were fixing the problem. Didn’t have a TV in the master which was a bummer. But that literally would be the only thing I would change about the stay and would stay here again.

Our Port Aransas Stay

The property was clean and the listing was accurate. The house was not big ,but was very cute. They used the square footage efficiently. Best room was the kids room with the bunk bed and Tv. My grandkids loved their room. The property manager was very helpful and friendly. The communications with the management was great. They answered our questions quickly. We rented golf cart to get to the beach. Everybody loved the ride especially my grandchildren. We also booked the umbrellas and chairs from the young gentlemen who had the sign in front of the lifegaude on the beach. Absolutely loved the convenience of the setup. We all enjoyed oue stay.
