Breathtaking Ocean views from both living areas (one on each floor) and the kitchen. Master Bedroom is Oceanfront as well. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Steps to the beach AND a private heated (heat requires extra charge)swimming pool! This home is amazingly comfortable and beautifully appointed. Thoughtfully designed for large gatherings.
NEW FOR 2024-composite pool decking.
NEW FOR 2023, 5 burner Kitchenaid Gas Range with additional cooking drawer, 2 tankless hot water heaters. No need to worry about everyone hitting the showers at the same time!

Enjoy preparing those large family/guest meals in our spacious kitchen with oversized pantry, additional under counter beverage refrigerator, and extensive spice drawer.

Drink your morning coffee on the oceanfront deck, both a keurig and pour over coffee maker are provided, you choose! Comfy outdoor furnishings for deck and poolside.

We have beach chairs, pool floats, sand toys, etc, for your use. You won’t want to leave! Holden Beach is a top rated family beach. Come see for yourself!

We typically require a 7 night minimum during peak season. We are happy to try to accommodate your shorter stay...just message me if your dates show unavailable to book.

This house & host Penny far exceeded our expectations. The house is meticulously maintained, furnishings are very nice, space is awesome! Clean as a whistle! Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our visit to Holden Beach. It was our first time to this area. Quiet, low key, just what we needed. Prompt response by the host when we had issues with the AC. It was fixed within hours. Highly recommend!!

Perfect family vacation spot

Beautiful spacious home. Perfect deck for outdoor enjoyment. The beach is beautiful and we even got to see a turtle nest hatch and 74 babies make it to the ocean. Great stay. We want to move in!

A great place to stay

The house was beautiful, clean and updated. It was so convenient to the beach and wonderful to have a pool. We have small children so the locked deck and pool was a plus. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning. Thank you for having us!

Just Wonderful!

This was our second time staying at Holden at Penny’s place. Our group all had their own space which is awesome. We enjoyed the easy beach access and all their beach toy amenities. The house has all you need for cooking and making great memories with friends!

Wonderful Beach Stay

We had a wonderful time at Penny’s place. It’s perfect for the large group we had, everyone had their own area! The location was great and the beach was not too crowded. The kitchen had everything you needed and Penny was very responsive in communication. Thank you!

Perfect for family

The house was well equipped, clean, and tastefully decorated. Bedrooms are spacious and it has very easy beach access. Owner was very responsive and communicative. One improvement would be an ice maker since there is only one refrigerator, but overall loved the house and highly recommend it.

A fantastic stay!

What a beautiful home just steps from the beach! We had a variety of ages staying at the property- 8 year old, teens, young adults, adults and my 76 year old parents. The house had all the amenities and Penny was a terrific host. She was very responsive and took care of any minor issues we had so quickly! I would highly recommend staying at this home- it was beautiful!

Beautiful property with exceptional views!

This house was exactly what the listing showed maybe even better! Gorgeous kitchen/living area, and very clean. The pool was amazing and very clean! The deck views of the ocean were out of this world, this house was an awesome retreat and we would definitely stay again, also the owner/host was so easy and accommodating to work with overall an exceptional experience!

Beautiful Holden beach get-away

My favorite think about this house was being able to watch the sunrise and the sunset! What a treat! The lay out of this house was perfect for our group. All bedrooms have their own bathroom and most have a king bed, which was a bonus for our tall, boys! I house was very clean and Penny was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond with questions!

Great house on the beach

This was our 2nd time staying here. Penny is a very responsive host and accommodating! She let us check in early and check out late and kept me updated on the pool repair while we were there. The house was more than we needed for 4 couples with 6 bedrooms all with private baths! Plenty of space to spread out- comphy furniture and spacious rooms!! We love how quiet holden is. We each took turns cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Great Family Beach Trip

Property was absolutely amazing. Beautiful house in great beach area. First time to Holden Beach and could not have asked for a better house, better owner or better beach area. Penny was super easy to work with and made everything from check in to check out a breeze. We have stayed in rental houses for years and Penny definitely has the fastest response time Ive ever seen. House had everything a family could need for a easy and relaxing trip. Beach and pool toys, chairs and shade tents made it great. Highly recommend this house and owner.

1st trip to Holden

We had a great trip, everyone agreed that it was our best beach trip yet. The house is lovely and well stocked. Having beach toys and chairs available made packing so much easier and when the boys…and dads found the pool basketball hoop they weren’t sure they’d have to go to the beach. But what a easy walk to the beach, surfing, sandcastles and shells were a huge hit with our gang. We had a little trouble getting in but Penny took care of it immediately. Hoping to make this a yearly trip

Fantastic House

This was our first time staying on Holden Beach and we will remember it always as one of our best family vacations, much of it due to the beautiful home, Oceanfront Gem. Penny was an exceptional host and a stellar communicator, and she ensured that we had all that we needed. The house itself is immaculate - we could not believe how clean it was when we arrived; the linens and towels were premium quality and plentiful, the decor updated and bright, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. We had everything we needed and saw no reason to leave the house except for a few grocery runs.The pool was the perfect size and very well maintained, and its proximity to the beach made it easy to go back and forth with the children. There was plenty of room and seating around the pool for lounging, as well. We especially appreciated all of the pool and beach toys. We brought a lot of our own not knowing what would be there, but were so pleasantly surprised by what was available for our use.The house itself was roomy, the bedrooms spacious, and the living area by the kitchen bright with a beautiful view of the ocean. We loved the big windows! The children loved the upstairs area with their own TV and room to play with Legos.Thank you so very much for making your beautiful home available to us. The pictures and memories will last a lifetime!

Amazing home!

I booked this house very last minute for my grandkids spring break. I was lucky enough to find that this gem had not been booked for the time we needed it. It was perfect for us. Upon arrival we were thrilled to see how immaculate the home was, beds made and plenty of clean towels for everyone. The bedrooms are all generously sized, the living room had enough seats for all of us, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with anything you might need . My grandson, who cooks a lot, was flabbergasted that his eggs didn’t stick to the pan! His mom said, “I guess it’s time to replace my cookware!” We had both warm and cold weather so we got to enjoy the beach, heated pool and the cozy home. Sitting on the deck at the end of the day was always a plus. Additionally, any questions I had were promptly answered (I’m talking within a minute or two - sometimes even just a few seconds!) The only thing this wonderful property does not have is an elevator. So pack lightly!

Holden Beach family vacation

The house is wonderful! It’s very spacious, well stocked, and we loved every that bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is amazing. The location of the home is perfect. We loved how quick the walk to the beach was. The beach area was not crowded at all and we loved that. Also, having the option to swim at the beach or in the pool was great. The deck/porch area is also perfect. Checking in was easy and fast. The host was quick to respond to any question we had and she was very helpful. We would love to stay there next time!

Amazing views and great host!

Penny was a very communicative and accommodating host. The property has breathtaking views of the ocean and is perfectly sized for groups of all ages. Our trip was interrupted by hurricane Ian but Penny was kind enough to offer additional night’s stay and late check out to make up for it. Recommend highly! A+++

Fantastic property- can not wait to come back again next year ....and the year after that.....and...

The year after that! Came down with a group of 6 ladies and we decided that this will definitely be our annual spot. The house is absolutely stunning. We loved having our own rooms and bathrooms and the common areas were so comfortable and spacious. Outdoor deck and pool areas are also amazing! Penny was very responsive and helpful through the entire process.
