Esta hermosa casa frente al mar cuenta con 8 habitaciones y 8 baños con capacidad para 23 personas. Cada habitación está equipada con televisores de pantalla plana, reproductores de DVD, radios de reloj y hermosas camas y decoraciones náuticas.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con 2 refrigeradores con máquina de hielo, lavavajillas, microondas, horno tostador, tostadora, cafetera y licuadora. Una gran cantidad de platos, cristalería, cubiertos, ollas y sartenes están disponibles para sus necesidades gastronómicas. Las opciones gastronómicas incluyen una gran mesa y sillas de comedor, una isla de cocina con taburetes para comer en el interior, y hay numerosas mesas y sillas, además de una gran mesa de picnic alrededor del área de la piscina para comer al aire libre.

Otras comodidades de esta hermosa casa son lavadora, secadora, parrilla de gas, ventiladores de techo, ducha exterior, acceso a internet wi-fi, ambiente para no fumadores, paquetes de ropa de cama disponibles y una piscina privada con una gran terraza. Great for an extended family

Fabulous porch with five sliding chairs that look out over a lovely pool, the dunes and onto the ocean. Inside the house all the walls are nicely painted and the kitchen is well equipped

Great property for big groups

this place has 7 bedrooms with their own bathrooms , which is perfect for a group of friends! lots of space to gather, especially on the poolside deck! great views and access to the beach/ocean as well . 2 refrigerators and propane grills meant plenty of room to store and cook, especially with the well stocked utensil drawers. we especially enjoyed watching from the deck the dolphins and sunfish just offshore ! the beach is wide and the ships are less than a mile’s walk away. great property!

Well kept and comfortable...

House was in a great location, was kept clean, and had well maintained deck and pool PERFECT for relaxing! Overall, the house was very accommodating. All rooms were equipped with video streaming products for individual entertainment at night which was great for the kids but our only critique is that the speed/signal in some rooms wasn't quite enough to watch video. All in all, a great place to stay and would absolutely do it again!

Chris Thank you for your review and we are pleased you found our central island location 3/4 miles East of the pier Great. We take great pride in our home and as you mentioned is clean and well maintained. The newly remodeled deck and pool area is the perfect place to relax in a glider rocker in the morning with a cup of coffee watching the sun rise and the dolphins swim by. The Roku's were added this year and we apologize the internet speed was slow at times, we have purchased a new router that we will be installing this fall in the hopes this will help with bandwidth issues. Great Place to Vacation

We took a family vacation (18 of us) from ages 1-68 and we all loved the house! The location is amazing, walking right out to the beach was so nice and allowed everyone to choose where they wanted to be for the day. The pool is nice and the deck is perfect...the rockers were well used during our stay. Everyone’s rooms were as described. The town is cute and everything is within a 15 minute walk. The fishing pier is another great stop, it’s easy to dock your boat and the tiki bar has amazing food, drinks, and of course views. Myrtle is a short drive away for all of your shopping needs. If you are looking for a vacation home, this is the spot. We will definitely return to this amazing house!

Great weekend trip with my cousins

Really enjoyed our stay here - liked the layout of the house and the large back deck was fantastic, particularly the gated area so they kids couldn't immediately run into the pool. Also helpful to have 2 fridges for this many people. Only real negative was the dishwasher wasn't working when we stayed, but honestly with tons of people it was just as easy to wash things the 'old school' way with a sink full of soapy water. Communication with owner was also good - quick and thorough, he even called me the day we were checking in to see if I had any questions. Thanks!

We are happy you and your family enjoyed their weekend stay at OIB Chillin' We have found our guest enjoy having a bathroom with every bed room, 2 refrigerators, the large open oceanfront family gathering area of living room, dining area and kitchen combination. We have just remodeled our deck to allow for a one level gated area so small children can play without worry they will end up in the pool should one turn their back for a moment. We do apologize about the dishwasher, it is fairly new and we were notified by guest Thursday night May 3rd before your Friday arrival that dishwasher had stopped working. Repairman was out Friday the day of your arrival to find the computer board was defective and had to be ordered and replaced. Dishwasher was repaired and back in service on Tuesday May 8th. Thank you again for your stay and we look forward to seeing you again on a future visit to OIB

Love Ocean Isle

This is difficult to describe. The property needs updating and it was very shabby-not shabby chic.Almost all the furniture was in bad shape. -BUT, It was a family vacation and everyone greatly appreciated the private bathrooms for each bedroom. However, we had to clean nearly everything before we could use it. The bathrooms were wiped clean but the toilets had not seen a brush under the rims...The floors were dirty, the silverware and utensil drawers filthy, the coffee maker still had old coffee grounds left in it, the pots and pans had stuck on food, the woodwork is grungy, the outer doors were black (and it wiped off easily). There were no cleaning products so we had to go buy everything including a decent broom and dustpan to get all the sand out of the rooms. The vacuum cleaner had not been emptied in forever and barely worked until we cleaned it. There were work clothes left in a drawer in one of the bedrooms from a previous tenant. The pool had a green ring around the edge that also was cleanable but the water was clear. The pool man came midweek and cleaned the pool edge etc. The owner was advised and he sent the cleaning lady back but by that time I had a house full of children and adults and had cleaned most of everything possible. We left the place waaay better than we found it. I asked for a partial refund of the cleaning fee...No Dice. We left no linens, towel, etc. (had to rent them ourselves) The beds were made as we found them, all counters and dishware had been washed and put away, all appliances shined, all surfaces disinfected and polished, all floors swept. We left no trash. The deck and pool area are great. The beach was great. The rooms worked out ok. but bring your own pillows. The owner was very available. The ceiling in the living room is very damaged and needs repair. I think this could be a great house if the furniture was replaced and the most obvious items taken care of. I understand it is a beach house rental...but no excuse for showing pretty pics that are not accurately representative of the unit.

Jill Thank your for your feedback and we recognized there were a few minor issues to be addressed but none near as exaggerated as you claimed things were, we do understand that every once in a while there is a guest that our property is just not a good fit. The home is fully deep cleaned in the Spring before rental season starts. We have made upgrades and improvements every year since we purchased in 2008. With a property our size and the limited amount of time on Saturday between guest I do assume with as many items we have in our house a few things can and will be missed from time to time. If on the rare occasion these things do happen, a crew will come over and make them right. The guest that were there the week before you were repeat guest from 2018 and are returning for 2020. The guest that arrived the week after you were first year guest and have rebooked for 2020. We have guest that have been with us every year since we purchased the home in 2008 that return every year and others that visit with us every other year. Some of our guest even visit us twice a year, once in the summer with all their extended family then in the fall as a smaller group getaway. We are a private beach house that sleeps up to 23 people each week, the house is cleaned each week, If your expectations were that we are an executive resort with some one on property to deep clean every change over, that we are not. In our 11 years of ownership this has worked out wonderfully for 99.9% of the guest that have stayed with us. Thank you again for your feedback and sorry we were not a good fit

Beautiful Views and Upgrades

The new kitchen and flooring are absolutely beautiful. We still cannot get over the views and the Dolphins. Definitely will be back.

Thanksgiving Gathering

We were a large group of adults and children. Plenty of room to spread out. Great outdoor space. The town was walking distance to the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. The owner of the property was great to work with and very responsive to any request.

Spacious and comfortable beach house

The house had plenty of space for our four families and fourteen people. It was great to have a bathroom with every bedroom. The kitchen was also well stocked. Best feature was the pool and deck area.

Perfect Balance

We—an extended family with 14 adults, 1 young teen, and 2 children—loved our week at OIB Chillin’! The house was large enough to spread out and had great common areas, too. We appreciated the two refrigerators and grills. The view from the deck was great—both the vastness of the ocean and the delightful family of foxes living in the dunes. We also enjoyed that it was turtle-hatching season, and we’re able to observe the important work of the volunteers monitoring the eggs. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing family time.

Our group ranged from 3-84. You can’t beat the location, outdoor area, and pool. My mom was able to walk down to the beach and loved sitting in the shade in a rocker watching the pool activity. The little guys really loved the pool as well as adults. Beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. Quiet beach area. Would stay again. Owner was superb with communication.

Lots of room and 2 refrigerators!

Awesome vacation!!

We have a wonderful week at OIB Chillin' and plan to return next year! With 15 adults, it was great for everyone to have their own bedroom and bath. Our favorite spot was definitely the outdoor pool area - from rocking on the porch to swimming in the pool to sunning on the deck to eating our meals outdoors! The house is very well equipped and having two refrigerators was a HUGH plus, especially with that many adults in one house! Wayne (the property owner) was an absolute pleasure - very responsive and helpful!

Family Beach Trip

We greatly enjoyed our stay at OIB Chillin’. The house was in a wonderful location right on the ocean. The large deck and pool made it easy to be outside and eat our dinners together. The house with its plentiful bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our family. We appreciated the clear communications with the owner. Highly recommend this property to anyone.
