This oceanfront home and adjacent cottage in Harbor Island combine luxury with remoteness to provide the perfect tropical escape. Its 90' private dock, state of the art appliances, breathtaking sunset views, and proximity to the famous Pink Sands beach are just a few of the things that make Cazatuna special. The property comes with maid service 5 days/week, StarLink Wi-Fi, 2 paddle boards, and an on-island house manager that can provide concierge services.

Upon request, I am happy to recommend Harbor Island activities that include: boat outings to neighboring beaches, swimming with pigs, chef services, massages, exercise classes, and fishing.

100-Amp power service is available for docked boats at a rate of $3 per foot per night.

This is NOT a party house and we do not allow bachelor/bachelorette party bookings.

Truly amazing!

We have stayed in numerous houses on HI and this one was very special- amazing house setup with great guest house and the location, dock, staff, everything was above and beyond expectations!! We will be back!!! Alejandro was wonderful to work with and so responsive on communication!!! Thank you!!

The Perfect Week at Cazatuna

I can't begin to describe how beautiful this property is! From the moment you are dropped off at the dock, your every want is met. Check in was a breeze, and the house was much larger and nicer than we were expecting. The cottage behind the main house isn't a cottage. It's an entire home!! If you're considering Cazatuna for your next trip, the search is over. Book now! You won't be sorry!!

I had our two girls and our son, their spouses and children in all we had eight grandchildren and ate adults, including my husband and I the house was very spacious and held us all very comfortably

This was a great house! The house is so nice, roomy, very clean! The staff is very friendly! Alejandro was a wealth of information & very quick with any questions or concerns we had. Rent golf carts for your stay & explore the island. Charter a boat to see the turtles! Loved the island! We will be back!

Incredible experience

From the beginning of the booking process through our departure, our group could not have been in better hands. Alejandro went absolutely above and beyond with communication and helping us prepare for our trip. He is undoubtedly the best VRBO host I’ve ever spoken with. We went with all of his recommendations and we were thrilled with everything! He arranged our taxi transportation from the airport to the dock of the house and it was a breeze. We went through customs, baggage claim, taxi, and ferry to the house with babies, toddlers, and nannies in an hour! We arrived to a sparkling clean house where Ms. Eulamae housekept for us and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed meals prepared by private chef Portia Curry outside on the patio overlooking the water. Local singer Maradona Tinker performed with a keyboardist and we all had a blast dancing the night away. When we weren’t at the pool, we had beach days nearby on the gorgeous pink sand beaches. We went on a boat tour to swim with turtles and pigs (this was one of the children’s favorite days). The adults snuck away on golf carts to the Dunmore and Blue Bar during nap time and Briland Club before or after dinners out. I highly recommend this gem of a vacation rental for a very special getaway!

A true oasis!

We’ve stayed on Harbour Island many times, but this is the first time we’ve been able to enjoy a pool overlooking the bay. A priceless view!! The house is beautiful and everyone we encountered during the process—from the booking manager, to the housekeeper, to the gardener—were all so kind and helpful. We never had any issues at all with the house, so we never met the property manager but knew he was nearby if we needed anything. It was a 10/10 trip. We will be back!!

Extended family home

We flew in from all over. There were lots of bedrooms with comfy beds. Super clean home. Loved the pool and the dock. We kept our boat there and took it out for day cruises. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Everyone responded to any needs we had immediately. We want to come this back again summer!

Stunning, well located and equipped Harbour Island home!

Cazatuna wowed us from the moment we arrived! Both the main house and guest house are spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly want for your vacation. Our group of families and adult children had plenty of space to gather for meals and fun like playing games or enjoying the pool and ocean swimming. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all generous sizes, up to date and gave us plenty of privacy. The property and pool have beautiful landscaping and the setting is gorgeous! Our group enjoyed meals at the 2 large tables, one inside and one outside. The well equipped kitchen has; coffee and espresso makers, linens, cooking utensils, ice makers and two refrigerators for food and drinks. Our host recommended a chef who prepared breakfast for our group every morning and one dinner. The food and service was excellent! This made our trip a true vacation. The other nights we went out to dinner at restaurants recommended by our host that were all excellent. The food on Harbour Island is wonderful! The house has a huge dock, pool and wonderful outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the boats going by or a beautiful sunset. The amazing pink sand beach is a very easy 5 minute walk from the house. Our host made everything so easy for us, he helped us with wonderful referrals for airport transportation, restaurants, private chef, golf cart rentals, boat trips and yoga instructors. There is a terrific housekeeper who kept the home tidy while we were there. We had a memorable trip to Cazatuna and highly recommend this property!

40th Birthday Party

We stayed for a long weekend for my wife’s 40th birthday day. We had six couples and we were very comfortable in the house and cottage. Alejandro, the property manager, was extremely helpful and accommodating as were the cleaners. The house, grounds, and pool/dock area were well maintained. The house met our expectations and more.
