As is standard on Harbour Island, golf carts are typically rented separately and are not included unless specifically advertised. We always recommend arranging transportation in advance to enjoy getting around the island with ease. We’d be happy to host you again anytime!

Thank you for your feedback. We are surprised to hear about your experience, as it deviates from the overwhelmingly positive feedback we typically receive. We appreciated that, during your stay, you informed us about the shower seal, and this minor issue was promptly addressed and rectified by our maintenance team. We did notice that this swift resolution was not mentioned in your review, and we strive to handle all reported issues as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we were unaware of your dissatisfaction regarding the housekeeping service, specifically your concern about towels on the floor being put back on the rack, as this issue was not communicated to us during your stay. Because of this, we were unable to investigate nor address it at the time. We would like to note that our housekeeper was indeed working hard to manage the laundry due to the high volume of towels used throughout your stay, and we strive to provide a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. We take cleanliness very seriously and ensure that all towels are properly cleaned and replaced. In addition, she was also continuously replenishing toilet paper and facial tissue, which were also being used at a very high volume during your stay. Upon inspection of the property the day you departed, we noticed a large plant pot was broken. I’m concerned that bringing this issue to your attention may have influenced your review. I regret that this situation led to any dissatisfaction. Our intention is always to handle such matters fairly and transparently. We strive to provide the best experience for all our guests and would have appreciated the chance to address your concerns directly during your stay. Given the circumstances, you might find a different property better suited to your needs in the future.
