The Space:
With views to the 4th Fairway of the Plumas Pines Golf Resort, this two bedroom, two bathroom Townhouse, is a fantastic addition to our vacation rental program. Use of our pool included with your reservation.
Comfortable, restful, with great furniture and a relaxing, peaceful feeling.
3 New Portable A/C coolers for each bedroom and the living room!!!
Rock fireplace with beautiful mantle
Excellent patio furniture to enjoy the view to the 4th Fairway of Plumas Pines Golf Resort.
NEW kitchen pots and pans for your meal prep
New range and microwave
Ceiling fan in the Living Room
4 Adult bikes and 2 river worthy Kayak are available for your use while you are vacationing at 86 Ponderosa. (Guest assumes liability for bicycle and Kayak. Use and condition is not guaranteed by Plumas Pines Vacation Homes and Rentals)

Guest Access:
When you reserve this home, you will also have access to a private pool, located approximately a half mile from the home. This pool is only available for guests who reserve with our company. The pool is located in the Plumas Pines neighborhood. (Fireplace not available for guest use during summer peak vacation rental season)
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood of Plumas Pines, is close to the charming village of Graeagle, California. Just 3 miles down the hill are shops, restaurants and fun activities. You can walk to the Middle Fork of the Feather River from this home and there are easy hiking and biking trails within just one mile of this home.
Getting Around:
There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable with restaurants, golf courses, shops, hiking and biking trails within easy distance. We are only one hour away from the Reno/Tahoe airport.
Other Things to Note:
You must be 25 years old (with proof of ID) to make a reservation one of our vacation rental homes. 3 night minimum over 4th of July weekend.
The owner of this home has thoughtfully provided two bicycles (with a pump) and Kayak for your use during your vacation. Guest assumes risk when using these items...
Interaction with Guests:
We are a Vacation Rental management company that is open 7 days a week. Our hours of operation and when we respond to requests and texts is: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., during peak season to answer any questions you may have! Ellen from Plumas Pines Vacation Homes and Rentals
