Come make new memories! Complete luxury can be found in our 3 bedroom, 3 bath (2 full and 1 half bathroom) townhome with spectacular sunsets of White's Creek. Steps to all the top notch resort style amenities that Bayside at Bethany Lakes offers.

4 story end unit includes a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, living room, family room, dedicated workspace, large outside deck and primary bedroom balcony.
Home:
Primary Bedroom: King size bed sleep number bed with waterview balcony
Second Bedroom: Queen size bed
Third Bedroom: Bunk with full size and twin

Home Includes:
Outdoor gas grill
Beach carts and beach toys
Boogie boards
Three adult bikes, perfect for riding to beach
2 Kayaks and 2 Paddle Boards (only for use in White's Creek, lifejackets must be worn, additional information in house guide.)

Amazing vacation!!

This vacation home was everything we wanted and more! The amenities included an indoor and outdoor swimming pool,exercise room with locker room, ping pong, pool, bumper pool and arcade games. They had a library of books and games to borrow as well. Within the condo there is plenty of space for everyone! The garage had bikes and other items for outdoor recreation. We had a wind vacation! I would recommend this home to anyone!!

Just what we needed

We had such a great stay- it was just what we needed. The space was perfect for spending time with family and big enough for people to have their own spaces. We loved watching the sunset on the porch. The location couldn't be better- the tennis courts and pool are steps away. It was a short drive to the beach and to restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Great Rental

The rental was exactly like the write up and photos. The owner was great to communicate with. The property is in a perfect location in the community- it's on an end by tennis courts(you cant hear noise). It has a view of the bay and sunsets from balconies. Extra parking is so close. The rental has everything so many extras you would bring, you do not need. The place was very clean and plenty of space and lay out inside was perfect. There are a lot of stairs since it is 2 floors and your in/out of the basement/garage area- we entered and left that way often. The location is perfect-less than a mile a way for many store bars etc and only 3-4 miles to down center of Bethany beach. You can literally get to Rt1 in under 5min. Vanessa the owner is wonderful to communicate and talk to. We did not use but there are couch pull outs as well as the 3 bedrooms upstairs. We will be back next year.

Beautiful home in great community

Beautiful & clean home with views of the water. We enjoyed reading on the sunset dock as well as brushing up on our tennis with the courts and dock at our doorstep. The pool and clubhouse also have wonderful views as well as a fitness center with a view. We loved that 4 adult bikes are provided and used them to ride the nearby trails. The community is a short drive to the beach and Bethany boardwalk. The owners were easy to reach with questions. Great place!

Wonderful View

This property is one of the BEST locations in the entire community of Bayside at Bethany Lakes! Gorgeous sunset views from the deck, great location to sunset deck, pool, club house, etc. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable, and the amenities (bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.) were super convenient. The hosts were extremely responsive and gracious. Overall, a wonderful experience, thank you Vanessa!

This property was everything it appears to be and more! We LOVED the location, and took advantage of all it had to offer. We biked, paddled, kayaked, swam, used Rec room, and were incredibly comfortable in the unit. We can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely Beautiful!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cleanliness and well-maintained condition of the townhome. It truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. The clubhouse pool with its stunning bay views was a highlight, and the kids loved the game room. The property provided beach toys, bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards, adding to the fun. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown Bethany and its boardwalks and restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at the home, they were plenty of activities, and it was a great location, close to the beaches and the shops. We love visiting Delaware, and being able to stay in a place like this makes the experience much better.

This property has the best comfort level that you can imagine. Very large rooms 1800+ sq ft very comfortable furniture and the decor is like you ARE on vacation. The main property has many amenities for adults and children. It is also close to the beach’s as well as restaurants. Vanessa is also a super host with excellent communication before, during & after We will become a repeat customer

Amazing!

What an Amazing vacation we had! The condo was absolutely stunning and super clean, the view from the master bedroom balcony was breathtaking. Vanessa was an amazing host, she went above an beyond to answer all questions and made us feel welcome. We can’t wait to return next summer!

We are newly empty nesters and are ready for our next chapter. We have been visiting Bethany Beach for over a decade and finally pulled the trigger and purchased 38333 Old Mill. We love being by the water and all the adventures that come with that.

Bayside at Bethany has it all. We absolutely love the quiet of the community while just a short distance to the hustle and bustle of downtown Bethany, Dewey and Rehoboth. We are steps to all the amenities of the community and love being active on the tennis courts, in the pool or SUP or kayaking in the creek.
