Our Beaches and Birdies Villa has everything that you need to enjoy your stay in the Brunswick Plantation premier golf community! Beautiful views of the 1st tee (and the sunset!) on the Dogwood Course. Make this your comfortable home away from home with new furnishings and linens. Fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee bar. Stream all your favorite shows on the smart TVs. Main bedroom has 2 full size beds and the couch has a queen pullout. Covered back patio for relaxing. Inground pool/hot tub and workout room are included with your stay. Minutes to Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle and North Myrtle.

Love the place. Second visit to Brunswick Plantation. Hope to live there someday. Sorry that I left the dishes in the machine dirty but there was no dishwasher soap. There was also one single laundry soap pod. I’m glad that was all that I needed! You should alert your cleaners to make sure to stock the condo. No sugar for coffee either. I want to come down and stay again Oct 10th through Oct 17th.

We still do not understand how to operate the tv. Weather was perfect. We wanted to stay another day. Everything in the condo was excellent. Supplies were appreciated. We definitely will be back. Feel safe. We now Understand 4:00 means 4:00 Loved itUpstairs people were abit noisy

Comfortable-Clean has everything you need. Right in Brunswick plantation on golf course. It’s a beautiful place with many amenities. Can walk to club house from condo grab lunch, a drink, golf. Close to everything.

Brunswick Plantation

Great location, clean and safe and comfortable! Condo is equipped everything necessary and the host were in touch and informative. Beaches are close,the pool is a short walk. We enjoyed great seafood restaurants and shopping in Calabash. Barefoot Landing is a wonderful place to spend a day. A very good experience, looking forward to a future visit.

Everything about this unit was exactly as described. This was one of the cleanest, well kept places we have stayed. The owners were friendly, very easy to contact and always provided quick response. We definitely plan to return.

Nice place stayed two nights then moved down on the beach Saturday.

Unit was very clean. Comfortable beds. No cable but free tv streaming app. It was not good for us. Used my I-pad to stream my direct tv on their tv screens. Still was a pain. It was only two nights.

Perfect

The condo is very clean, nicely furnished, and decorated beautifully in a quiet location near the first tee box. Pool and golf club are a short walk. Had breakfast and afternoon drinks at the restaurant in the golf club. Owners definitely demonstrate pride in ownership. Highly recommend

Beautiful rental!

The decorating in this house is perfect. I literally took pictures of some of the decor because it was just so well done and I wanted to find something similar for my home. The colors were calming, there was no clutter, the blankets were incredibly soft, the sheets were smooth, there was enough seating for everyone in the living room, there was plenty of room for clothes and toiletries in the bedroom and bathroom, everything you needed was available and working - wifi, tvs, air conditioning, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, laundry... We loved our stay and it took less than 15 minutes to get to the beach. There was a very nice pool, but we were too tired after our beach days to check it out. The host was quick to respond to questions and even provided a folder with local information and information about the house. We will definitely book this place again!

Beautiful accommodations & great location!!

This condo was so beautiful and comfortable for our family. It was spotless and had everything we needed. We LOVED the pool and within minutes from Ocean Isle & Sunset beach. Beautiful neighborhood & golf course scenery. We highly recommend!
