Upon your arrival you will see that the home offers two garage parking spaces. 3 additional parking spaces are available in the driveway for groups with multiple vehicles. Free on street parking is available as well. Artificial turf with a flower bed neatly decorate the front patio area. Multiple seating arraignments are available including a porch swing. Home has a smart door lock with a code for easy access. No need to keep track of a key!

The front entrance opens up to a large living room with two plush leather sofas in the main area and two chairs in a reading nook just off to the side. The living room entertainment center has a small surround sound system installed for an elevated viewer experience. High speed internet is available for free during your stay. TV has streaming services available for guests to access their personal streaming services. There is a half bath off the living room before entering into the kitchen and dining room area.

Kitchen comes fully stocked and is equipped with all your basic appliances. Pantry space is available if you like to cook and need a place to store food during your vacation.

On the top level of the home you have all 4 sleeping spaces. The first guest room comes with a bunk bed and sleeper sofa. Bunk bed sleeps a total of 3 people (bottom level is a queen bed, top level is a twin bed). Sleeper sofa is a plush leather couch which sleeps 1 additional guest (Additional linens provided). Guest room is equipped with a 32" smart TV with access to your personal streaming channel accounts. Master bedroom comes with a soft queen sized bed and a large mounted smart TV. The master bath has a twin sink counter top, large soaker tub, and a separate walk-in shower. Walk-in closet with hanger's also available with hangers. Pack-in-play with extra sheets are stored in the master bath walk-in closet. The two additional guest bedrooms both come fitted with queen sized beds. Each room has its own closet spaces and ceiling fans. The three guest rooms all share access to the full size bath with a tub/shower hybrid, toilet and sink. All of our bathrooms come with fresh bath towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper.

The spacious back yard has a porch accessible from the dining room/kitchen area. Sitting on the porch there is a round glass table with retractable shading and seating for 4. A propane grill is provided for guests to use. The putting green sits just beyond the bottom stairs of the porch. Clubs and balls are available for you to use.

Garage allows for two vehicles. Garage door opener will be provided to you. Guest has full access to the home. Only one small closet is locked off where we keep guest supplies.

-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS) our policy is "all 4 on the floor" this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. Please make sure your pet is included in your reservation and the fee with automatically be applied to your stay.
-Early check-ins and late checkouts can be added to your reservation for an additional cost of $100 each. Each changes your arrival time to 3 hours earlier and checkout to be 3 hours later.

Home information, WIFI username and password, trash schedule will all be found in the homes welcome binder inside the home available upon your arrival. You can arrive anytime at or after your scheduled check-in time. There is no need to meet up in person. Guests will be given the code to the door for easy ingress and egress of the home

The neighborhood is located in the family friendly neighborhood ponderosa trails neighborhood. Minutes to the flagstaff airport (2 miles), NAU (2 miles), and downtown (4 miles). Within a 5 min dive radius you have access to gas stations, super markets, many local and chain restaurants.
