This exquisite property seamlessly blends luxury with relaxation, featuring a private pool and spa that create a tranquil retreat just steps from the game. Filtered water, craft ice for your drinks, and complimentary Italian coffee.

Whether you are coming for the Coachella/Stagecoach Music Festival, or just for a vacation, be our guests at our modern, newly remodeled, and spacious 3-bedroom 2-bathroom house. We are located near the Coachella/Stagecoach music festival. Make our golf house your home base for exploring the Coachella Valley.

Relax and enjoy nature on the back patio, go for a walk in the astonishing green belts all over the complex full of swimming pools and lakes or just gather a few friends and have a distressing game of Golf on a 27-hole Championship Golf Course while contemplating the most breathtaking views.

We are members of the fitness center. So as our guests, you have full access to the fitness center, Pickleball courts, tennis courts, and main pool. We also have free wireless internet, so you can stay connected with friends and family.

House fits up to 12 guests. There’s a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen-size bed and bank bed in the second bedroom, and a queen-size bed in the third bedroom. If you have an extra guest, there is a comfortable couch in the living room, and an air mattress (queen-size). Crip is also available.

We have had a great time furnishing and decorating our house to get it ready for guests. Our kitchen is well-stocked to meet all your cooking needs.

Girls only getaway

This home was great for our yearly get away. Loved the hot tub as the weather was a little cool to use the pool. Unit was well furnished with the necessities we needed. Nice neighborhood in a gated community.

Gio’s place is great!

Great Property

Great experience all around. House was very clean, had huge rooms, and came with everything we needed for our stay. Very good communication with the owner, easy stay. Would recommend.

Great vacation house

We were three couples (all close family)with two elementary age children who had a blast with the spa and pools! This house is spacious, clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. Heat, TVs and kitchen/BBQ elements all worked well. Beds are comfy. Host was very responsive whenever we had questions, right from the get-go. All much appreciated!

Nice home but still working out a few kinks

This is a nice home in a large master planned golf community that is mostly retirees. Our group was two moms and three teens. the bedroom situation worked well for that with the three girls in the large bedroom with the queen bed and twin over full bunks. The property was clean, spacious and kitchen has new appliances and was well appointed with dishes, pots and pans, Keurig coffeemaker and pods, regular coffeemaker, etc. There is a nice in ground spa and very small play pool in back, and a gas bbq hooked up to the gas line. Beds were comfortable, even the ones on the bunks were nice regular mattresses.My 17 year old slept on the top bunk and said she was very comfortable. Overall we were satisfied with our stay. There were a few things that kept me from giving it 5 stars.All guests have to go in and out through the main community guard gate and show a pass. There was always s backup of cars trying to get in. There is a front door electronic keypad that was really hard to operate. We struggled with it several times and had to have the owner open it manually one time. We had some issues operating the thermostat and keeping the AC where we wanted it. The first night the AC went to 79 degrees. Wifi password initially given had a typo and had to get correct one. No lights out by BBQ made it really hard to grill at night. We couldn’t find a garbage can outside or in the garage for our trash. Suggest the owner create a book for renters w/ all info/instructions.

Responsive Owner - Nice Property With Some Misses

This property has a nice layout suitable for a single couple with a family or up to three couples. It is a lovely, southeast facing backyard, located on hole 4 of the Royal 9 on the golf course in a relatively safe location from the tees. Overall, we really enjoyed our 5 week stay, and the owner who also acts as the property manager was very helpful and responsive to our needs. However, there were some challenges. - The house is listed as fully remodelled. We would call it partially remodelled. The description provided is otherwise accurate. There was definitely a lot of work done: painting, new appliances, new lighting fixtures, new beds, and new furniture. However, the tile floors, kitchen cabinets, and bathrooms are tired, the painting was hit and miss, the heating vents need to be cleaned, and the beds were not comfortable. The master bed felt like it was bowed upward. Our guests also found their beds to be sub-standard quality. - The house lacks a renter's manual with information on access to WIFI, expectations of how the heat and AC should be used, garbage collection schedule, guest access process requirements for the gated community, lifestyle facility access instructions, location of appropriate HOA pools, etc. We have rented in this community before and so knew many of the expected procedures but new renters to the community would likely be lost. - The welcome email needs to include instructions with the entry code. It took us almost 15 minutes to figure out how the digital keypad worked and successfully enter the house. - The house was not completely ready for occupation. The owner had not bought and installed the cable box prior to our arrival. Also, due to recent construction of a pool in the backyard, the BBQ was not yet hooked up to the natural gas line and the water heater had not been re-lite after natural gas had been shut-off. In summary, we found the house to be quite satisfactory after some initial wrinkles were resolved. The owner just needs to pay a little more attention to the details of getting a house ready prior to renter occupation.
