The backyard gate provides direct access to the many Walnut Creek trails.

Easily access The Domain, Downtown Austin, Lake Travis, and everything else the area has to offer.

The home is a great trip for anyone visiting the city, coming in for business, visiting family, relocating to Austin, or needing temporary accommodation while renovating or repairing their own home. It is a very peaceful, friendly neighbourhood and a great community to be located while you are here in Austin.

The master bedroom is on the first floor of the home and includes a king bed, TV, ensuite bathroom, walk in closet and direct entry into the office. The office is also accessible via the patio. The three other bedrooms are upstairs and feature queen size beds and all have walk in closets.

The living room is setup with a comfortable couch for you to relax and a Samsung Frame TV's where you can watch your favorite movies and TV shows. Enjoy Austin's golden hour sunset on the patio while enjoying the views!

The outdoor patio is fully furnished with seating and dining areas. There is also a good amount of yard space and direct access to Walnut Creek park, a well-known park among local nature lovers, mountain bikers, runners, and those who love going for a walk surrounded by greenery.

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working! The laundry machines are in the kitchen and the home features a brand new modern fridge.

The office and gym room feature three desks with external monitors and mouse/keyboard equipment. There are also 10/15/20 pound dumbbells, a kettlebell, and yoga mats for guests who want to use the office as a gym.

Comfortably equipped with full sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone. The bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower and a toilet.
