The space There are 3 private rooms. Two rooms share a beautiful bathroom and 1 has its own private ensuite. Each room has its own smart TV, Serta pillows, the sound machine at the nightstand (which has various sounds to aid sleep), earplugs, and more!!! Your comfort, rest, and relaxation are of the utmost priority during your stay. The living room has a 65" TV, bar, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor space. This place is fully equipped with all essentials and amenities to satisfy any traveler! Come stay for a while :)
The neighborhood is quiet and residential. The residence is located on a corner and backs up to a small creek. Beautiful Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park is just north of the property. Short 5-minute drive to the Domain for tons of shopping, restaurants, and some of the best nightlife in Austin! Top Golf (lively, vibrant, and social driving range) and Summer Moon (best coffee *** get a Mocha Moon***) are both a short drive away as well!!
Other things to note: Small pets under 35 lbs are welcome and in order for us to continue to be pet friendly, we’re asking you to not allow them on the furniture. It’s hard to get the smell out and we have had many complaints from non-pet owners who are sensitive or allergic to pet hair or dander. No aggressive breeds and no pets over 35 lbs allowed.
There is a private fenced yard on the property. All pets must be housebroken, and owners are responsible for picking up droppings from the yard prior to check out. We also require a $150 deposit for pets for incidentals and the reservation will have an additional $50 non-refundable cleaning fee/pet to clear pet odors and hair after your stay. Please ask all questions if you plan to have a pet(s) during your stay prior to booking.
THERE WILL BE A $250 FINE FOR THE FOLLOWING: - NOT PAYING THE PET DEPOSIT -HAVING PETS ON THE FURNITURE -HAVING AN AGGRESSIVE BREED ON THE PROPERTY -HAVING A LARGE PET IN EXCESS OF 35 LBS ON THE PROPERTY
Getting around: We recommend accounting for using rideshare to commute (Uber and Lyft are readily available here) or renting a car to fully enjoy Austin from this unit. Not a walkable area.

The host had me checking for a package that was arriving through Amazon every day, the host also had a steaming/couch cleaning service come into the home while we were staying there, no notice was given until after we come back to the home and notice the couch was wet, the humidity in the house is very concerning as well.

Great Escape
This property was clean, spacious, quiet piece of heaven. The host had everything covered from toothbrushes and toothpaste to laundry being able to being washed. Highly recommend this host and the location. Will look for you again when in Austin.

No outside light on patio, had to use cell phone flashlight to let pet out. Gate hard to close. Sliding glass door hard to lock. Primary RR did not have a toilet seat. The second RR toilet clogged after 1 use. My husband had to go buy a tool set to remove toilet seat off clogged toilet and put it on the Primary room toilet. Our adult children had to come in through out the night to use the 1 working toilet, which interrupted sleep. One of the owners, Michael, said a plumber could not come out until Sunday, which was after our checkout time. The flooring through out house was dirty and sticky and would turn socks black on the bottom.The kitchen was missing necessities such as pizza pan, pot holders, a cabinet had an empty box of tin foil. Refrigerator missing shelves. Would be helpful to label light switches since there were so many grouped together, especially in the kitchen area.

Nice things: - clean sheets- relatively comfortable beds- cute aesthetic Various issues: - dirty floors; after walking through the living room and down the hallway, me and another guest ended up with completely dirt-covered, black soles- dry wall missing in multiple spots throughout property- living room tv didn’t work- living room tv & fan/light remote were missing (but found in a bedroom/bedroom lamp)- bad instillation of the shower head in the en-suite & awful water pressure- painful shower in the main bathroom; actively caused pain to multiple guests - no way to fill tub in main bathroom- cheese grater in drawer had cheese in it from a previous guest- no shelves in the fridge- fridge/freezer door handles were loose- fridge had a very strong odor despite being empty- tvs in smaller rooms did not work- fan/light in corner room didn’t work- really slow/basically no draining of the en-suite bathroom sink- some fairy lights in living room & main bedroom did not work, which seemed to be a really big aesthetic point for this place - hinge on the first bedroom was broken so the door had to be lifted to close it - there was a massive squashed bug in the door frame of the en-suite bathroom- garage access was listed but we did not receive any communication about how to get into the garage, just to park on one side of the driveway

Christmas vacation!!!
The code to the place wasn’t sent like the property manager said it would family had to sit outside 45 minutes til I landed to email someone to get the code that was at 9 pm. The codes was supposed to be given the day before.Several items broken.Fireplace dirty unburned wood,back porch screen broken, back porch chair’s broken, back porch light out,TV stand drawers broken, refrigerator door handles loose,No batteries or dead batteries in all the remotes including the ceiling fans , neighbor’s not to friendly. Driveway is a mess, instructions to not touch the thermostat the weather was in the 30s at night! The thermostat was set at 62! So every night and every morning my family had to sleep/wake to frigid temperatures !!. I emailed the property management the day I checked in and the day after he said he would get a maintenance person out . After that he never responded. So if you ask me this place it trouble!! The rating must have been done by family/ friends. I asked to have the owner email never got a response!!!.
