This was one of the cleanest, most updated and stocked VRBOs we have stayed at. Backyard is a manicured dream. Quiet neighborhood very close to Old Town Scottsdale places.

This was our first stay at a VRBO and we are now spoiled for all future vacations. Having a full kitchen and two full bathrooms was an absolute dream. Property was clean and had pretty much everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Centrally located - hop onto the 101 in about a minute to get around/out of town. Basil and Mikaela were great hosts and quick communicators. We would stay here again if we came back to the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.

We had a wonderful stay! The backyard was so nice, peaceful, and relaxing listening to the birds chirp. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean and the fridge was immaculate. Great location to nearby food and coffee shops. The pictures look exactly how the house is, modern, clean and well decorated. We had a great stay and if we are back in town we will definitely be staying there again.

Great Getaway

We stayed here while some work was being done on our house and it was perfect. The dogs loved the grass in the backyard and it was a close distance to everything we needed.

Great location, fully outfitted

This is the second time at this location. We love the close proximity to restaurants, shopping and outdoor fun. The property manager is always quick to respond and very helpful. The house has everything you need for a great vacation

Great time had by all and great location

We were in town for the WM golf tournament and the place was perfect for me and my 3 buddies. Close to everything we wanted to get to. The house was great! Comfortable , all amenities we needed. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!!

a month in Scottsdale

This was a great place to spend some time in the sun and escape the New England winter. The house is very comfortable and well furnished. And it is close to everything. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Our children and grandchildren visited, so we did use the pull-out couch, which worked out fine. Old Scottsdale is quite close and fun to visit. We enjoyed our stay.

We arrived to a clean well stocked home with beverages in the fridge. Beautiful outdoor space that our children enjoyed. Comfortable beds with plenty of towels and linens. Well decorated with modern updates. We enjoy our stay and recommend this property!

Felt just like home!

This home was cozy, comfortable and beautiful - just a described! This was the perfect place for a getaway for my wife and I. Communication and recommendations for places to go from the host were great. If the weather was better, we would have loved to enjoy all the amenities of the backyard, including the fire pit. We would love to stay here again!

Sweet Scottsdale Stay

My family enjoyed our stay at this house during the week of Thanksgiving. Everything about the location is exactly what is advertised on the VRBO website. The decorations are fun. The location is perfect. The beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet. The communication with the owners has been the best we have experienced with a VRBO rental. We highly recommend the house if you are looking at a place in Scottsdale.

Amazing!

This property was perfect for our family. Had everything we needed. Kid friendly, great neighborhood. It was like home away from home. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and the communication was great. Definitely will be renting again in the feature.

Great place!!!

Had 5 other girls stay with me for a short bachelorette party and it was perfect!!!! The outdoor space was PERFECT! Great place to entertain, big enough to host 5-6 people but still feeling cozy and welcoming. Basil was super communicative the whole way through too!! I’d highly recommend.

Great place and great location!

Basil and Mikaela's place was great!! They are very easy to communicate with and were so accommodating of our requests. Their house is perfect for a small group and has everything you need! It is in a very convenient location, making it easy to explore Scottsdale and surrounding areas. Between the comfy beds, big TV's and awesome backyard, you almost dont want to leave the house. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone else looking for a great place that welcomes dogs :).

Great location

Loved the house. Very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for any cooking you might want to do. Centrally located. Quiet neighborhood. Coffee shop, and grocery, RX all within a few minutes. Great for walking, safe and not a lot of traffic. Would stay again.

Clean & Convenient Home in Scottsdale

We were in town visiting colleges, the house was perfect for a family of four. Within 2 miles of everything (groceries, restaurants, downtown Scottsdale, etc). Owners were great, easy communication, and easy checkout process. House was very clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures.

Cozy, updated home in great location!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy, updated home. The backyard is huge, has lots of seating, outdoor tv, string lights and a nice firepit! It's a great spot to enjoy the wonderful AZ weather. The home is also conveniently located just a few minutes from Old Town, Top Golf, Kierland Commons and many other Phoenix/Scottsdale area attractions! Beds were also very comfortable, loved the memory foam toppers on them. We look forward to staying here again on a future trip.

Would totally stay here again

Stayed here for a quick couple nights, and it was awesome! Great location, super clean, and the backyard space was perfect when we had a little downtime. The house amenities were thoughtfully stocked, and the house manager communicated everything we needed. If I had to make one small note, it would be for the water pressure in the main bathroom…. That wouldn’t deter us from staying here again, but was a little comical.

Arizona in January

Our group has talked about being in Arizona in January for a very long time. This house was well equipped and the perfect place for 2 couples. Communication was always prompt. Any questions were answered immediately. Looking forward to another trip someday!
