The wheelchair-accessible house is situated on a property of approximately 1,300 m² directly on the shore of a small, romantic lake. It faces perfectly south. From the bedrooms and the living room, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the private pool—which has just been renovated—and the idyllic lake, whose shore lies at the southern end of the property. The single-story vacation home features a large master bedroom with a king-size bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower, a makeup area, and a walk-in closet. The master bedroom and living room have floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that offer a stunning view of the pool and lake. The open kitchen island is located in the center of the living area, which is divided into a relaxation area, a dining area, and a TV area, all of which wrap around the open kitchen. In the left wing, there are two additional bedrooms as well as another bathroom with a shower/tub. Adjacent to the living room is the large pool deck with seating and lounge chairs. There, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner either in the shade of the canopy or in the sun. After a barbecue, wind down the day and evening with a glass of wine while enjoying the view of the pool and the lake. Nature lovers can sit on the lakeshore using the provided chairs and watch the sunrise and sunset.
