Our rental was exactly as advertised and slightly even better. Place had all we needed and was cozy, comfortable and was the perfect basecamp for our Telluride Ski Vacation. Super walkable to everything in Telluride we wanted to do. Was super close to Lift 7 making this almost a perfect ski in/ski out rental. Loved the ski lock rack outside the door to keep our skis safe. My favorite part was the river running behind the unit and being able to sit on the balcony in the morning and after a day on the slopes to take in the quiet serenity and sound of the water. Will definitely look to stay here again for our next Telluride Ski trip!

Perfect base camp for Telluride

Great location for exploring the area. Park your car and take advantage of the walkable town. Food, bars, grocery, trail heads and the gondola are super close.

Nice property with convenient location/parking

We enjoyed staying at the property. It was a convenient ~10min walk to the Gondola. There were a couple of restaurants near by and the walk way on the back along the river was awesome

What an amazing place to stay in Telluride. Super clean and very good communication.Super close to all thing Telluride and easy to get around. We definitely be staying here and adding it to our yearly vacation spot. My only complaint and that is because I am a horrible sleeper is they need some new pillows. They are flat like pancakes If you are driving bring your own. Honestly my husband didn’t care one bit.

Summer stay in Telluride

We have only been to Telluride during ski season and stayed in Mountain Village. This is a great in town location. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoyed the balcony with the babbling brook sound!

1st Time in Telluride

Great 1st time experience in Telluride and at Viking Lodge. Location and accommodations were great! Many hiking trails and restaurants are in walking distance from the Lodge. I would certainly recommend!

Lodging In Telluride is a 100% locally operated vacation rental management company located in beautiful Telluride, Colorado. We aim to provide our guests with the most friendly, attentive service for your Telluride stay.

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes, cigars & marijuana (we can smell it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines start at $500.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
