THINGS TO KNOW
Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access.
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 10.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect for our girls getaway weekend

Gorgeous view, clean, super spacious!

Such a great condo!! Gorgeous views, super clean, easy access to beach and other amenities. Close to nose attractions/restaurants. No complaints at all. Exceeded our expectations!!!

Room had mold on ceiling, ceiling fan didn’t work in bedroom remote in living room didn’t work freezer didn’t make ice and leaked water making boxes in freezer fall apart master shower water temp and pressure are in one so either you have a extremely hot shower or no water pressure at all.

Room was clean in arrival. Process was very easy.

The only things that would make it better would be for it to be a little cheaper and for the pools to be warmer. We didn't use the pools much because they were just too cold.

The condo was great. There wasn't a skillet, I suggest a set of pots and pans. There is one chair at the table that has a leg bent; two chairs on balcony are cracking; a picture fell off of wall in the living room. Other than that the condo had plenty of room and a great price. Would stuay here again.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful. Exactly as described. Had trouble with the dryer not working with our large family. Half way through the staff replaced it.

Great place to stay

Overall easy to find, beautiful place would go again. Only complaint is the dryer did not work we called Vacasa told them. Maintenence came and looked at it. Said that he had already wrote a ticket for this dryer. So previous tenants complained. Long complaint short, the dryer was never fixed before we left.

It was clean and spacious!

Condo was cleaned well. Plenty of space for us. The dryer was missing the start knob so we couldn’t use it. Reported it to Vacasa on the first day and no one ever came to fix it. That was really frustrating! No pot holders at all. Guest/Queen beds were terribly uncomfortable.

Very spacious unit. Clean, great layout. Amazing gulf views from living room and master with balcony access from our master suite and living room. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook for our family. Loved the facility. We booked in December and knew the weather might not be the greatest. All but one day had a one or double red flag on the beach so we only got one nice sunny day to spend on the beach. Thankfully, there is an indoor heated pool and two outdoor heated hot tubs....this was a lifesaver and the kids loved it. Tidewater is top notch and we felt safe and secure. Kitchen was fully stocked and the unit was very comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. It was definitely a home away from home. Would definitely book again.

Worst vacation property i have ever stayed at

Called 2nd day about dryer broke and electrical outlet without a cover. They finally came 4 days later after several phone conversations. The person who came to fix it said yes it is broke and they will have to call in an appliance repair person. We checked out the next day and will probably never rent from vacasa again

This unit is in poor condition

The location was good. However, the elevators were horrid. Long wait times for the elevator to come. The condition of the unit was poor. The dryer would only run on one setting and you had to to run it through 2 cycles to get the clothes dry. The back bedroom was fine. The middle bedroom blind would not go all the way to the bottom, so therefore light shown in the bedroom at night from the outside hallway. Bathroom was showing wear. The kitchen stove front left burner was cracked and unusable. The oven top element was burned out and oven could not be used. The covering on one of the cabinet drawers was peeling off. The living room furniture was extremely dirty with spots all over it. They had it steam cleaned but it did not come clean. I put a sheet over part of the couch so we could sit on it. Overall, I have no plans to return.

Absolutely Dissapointing

We were so excited from the pictures to stay in this condo. Upon arrival we noticed it was extremely hot in the condo and a smart thermostat (which the owner controlled from their home and would not allow renters to have control over) that needed an access code to change. Our son had a febrile seizure due to a high fever the first night we were there and we needed to keep him cool. After making Vacasa aware of our situation and several attempts to get the owner to lower the temperature even a few degrees, we were told they would not change it and refused to help. At any given point it was 74-77 degrees in the condo and were never able to open the drapes and enjoy the scenery of the beach for fear it would make it hotter. There were times it was cooler outside than inside. When renting a condo, you are also paying for the ability to control the temperature to ensure comfort. The fact that the owners are in control and clearly do not care about the comfort of the renters is absolutely dissapointing and absurd and should have been disclosed in the description of the condo on the Vacasa site. We travel frequently and have never had this issue. Extremely disgusted and will NEVER stay here again.

IT WAS AMAZING!!!

Our room was amazing! We traveled with 3 families and with this condo having 3 rooms we were all able to have our on space and be together...the set up was great. The room was clean, the resort itself was clean, the staff was so helpful and nice...I loved it. i am from Panama City and from now on when i come back home to visit i will be staying at Tidewater

Payne Family Vacation September 2022

The unit was very spacious, well accommodating our group of 5 adults. The decor of the unit was very nice and loved the furniture especially the couch and small rocker super comfortable! Front Ocean view from balcony was amazing! Nice to have complementary beach chairs and umbrella however, didn’t get to use the umbrella due to the high winds coming from hurricane Ian but still nice to have the chairs!
