New to the Market this turnkey home is perfect for a professional business person, traveling nurse, someone looking to buy a home in the area or snowbirds stay while in the local area on business or vacationing. This 2 bedroom 1 bath fully furnished singlewide mobile home located in a Adult Community overlooking the peaceful water. This home is move in ready with kitchen items, washer & dryer, dishwasher, central heat and air, plantation-shutters throughout and tastefully decorated with a large screened air conditioned lanai. Has ample parking for two vehicles. Boat and kayak parking available on a limited basis on the property with an extra fee. Large storage shed included with this rental. No pets allowed. All residents must be pre approved by management to reside in this community due to being it is an adult community. You must contact the owner prior to booking this property on VRBO to request information on this property. The following information would need to be provided in your request to book to include: number of guest, names and ages of all guest and the number of vehicles and description of vehicles? This information will be reviewed prior to booking to allow the booking to be processed on this nice, clean quiet atmosphere in this small park that this home is located in with a nice view of the water. It is located in a great location close to shopping, grocery stores, pharmacies and medical facilities. Close to the water for fishing, kayaking, local beach, easy access to the Florida Turnpike and is 1 hour away from Tampa. Perfect for traveling professsionals and snowbirds or your stay while looking to purchase a home in area.

Comfortable Stay

Very quite and restful mobile home park (55 & over). The mobile home was very clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable and everything was there that could possibly be needed. Catherine was wonderful to work with. We stayed for 2 months and would definitely rent again if we are the neighborhood.

Clean and quiet.

Home was very clean and quiet location in the back of the park. Queen bed was very uncomfortable as was living room furniture. But each to there own. The owner was excellent to work with. The home seemed to be very new and tastefully decorated.

Wonderful host

It was home for 2 months for hubby and Charlie our 7 lbs Maltese. Catherine was an excellent host and was always available if needed. The home is lovely and furnished with everything one could need. It’s a 55 and up community and peaceful and quiet. A new AC Heat unit was installed just before our visit. When the weather turned cold we couldn’t get the unit to heat. We used the electric fire place which heated the home but Catherine insisted bring a heater over just in case the fire place might not give us enough heat. I would recommend this rental to anyone 55 or older short or long term. Thanks again Catherine for being a perfect host.
