Exceptional value for the cost. Had a medical emergency on departure, they offered to allow my wife to stay there overnight while I was in the hospital. Extremely hospitable, and always responsive! Would definitely stay again

Great trip!

We stayed 7 weeks in Mark’s townhouse and enjoyed it very much. Just like being home with all the conveniences. We had great communicators and would not hesitate to recommend it to fellow travellers. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location

Close to everything you need ( Walmart etc.. ) home was very clean and comfortable community was friendly nights were quiet Mark the owner very easy to communicate with and always answered my calls for anything. Highly recommend

This property is good for families. The space is decorated in a cute way and is comfortable for the price.There were a few things I wished were different:-The refrigerator was off when we arrived, but we didn’t notice until we needed to put something in the freezer—and it was too late to wait for the freezer to cool to the appropriate temperature. -The master bedroom and bathroom had hairs in the shower, on the toilet, and between the sheets. The owner responded quickly to my message about the cleaning problem to apologize and to say that this was a first-time problem with his cleaning service. Hopefully that means it won’t happen again.-The oven had been cleaned recently but the oven cleaner hadn’t been adequately cleaned/baked off. Unaware of that, we put a pie in the oven and then started to smell the burn-off from the cleaner. We had to throw away the pie. :/-The house has a washer/dryer, but you need to provide your own laundry detergent. I wish this had been in the house description.-The walls and furniture were pretty worn from use. This could be a benefit for families who don’t want to worry about children damaging vacation rental furniture, but I would have preferred a little more pristine condition. We loved the price and location just a few minutes drive from Disney’s Animal Kingdom! With some flexibility, this can work for a family.

Hello and thank you for your review as we talked before I actually have my cleaner take photos of the home after every cleaning. None of these issues were in the photos. The home was bought only 3 years ago and completely repainted and all new furniture was purchased. I unfortunately can’t repaint the home and replace the furniture after every guest. We don’t actually use oven cleaner specially not anything that would be toxic generally just soap and water and the fridge being off would mean it some how got unplugged this is not something the cleaner does or checks for thanks again for staying with us and I will mention the oven and fridge to the cleaner!

Disney Trip Spring Break

This property is in a gated community so that helped us feel safe, this property was very clean and pleasant to to stay in. It was supplied with all the appliances, dishes, pots and pans you need. I had to reach out to Property owner Mark about the Smart Stove because I could not figure out how to turn stove up LOL and he was knowledgeable about his appliances, so FYI the #2 is up and #8 is down. The property is as you see it on web listing 3 bedrooms 3 baths, the listing say sleep 14, it has 2 full beds and 2 twin beds and a sofa, so the only thing I see about the listing is the accommodations of people need to be changed, if you have air mattress there is space for them and you will be ok with a large group. The property was within 10-15 minutes of Disney and all the food and shopping areas its in a great location. Our overall stay was very nice and the swimming pool is big and beautiful. I would definitely book again on our next trip and I would recommend it to others for their trip. GREAT STAY!!

Thank you so much for the great review Priscilla. Just so you know I figured out the problem with the burners was the knobs for the stove were not the right ones. Went to Lowe’s and got new ones and they all now work perfectly. Also, The listing only says I can accommodate 14 because that is actually my max occupancy. I had a family with 18 people pack in there they had 9 kids and with air mattresses and they made it work. However, I decided to limit it to no more than 14 hope that explains that number a little better.

An Amazing Place

First off I want to thank Mark for an amazing time in Orlando! We wanted to take our large family on a once in a lifetime vacation. After many months of looking at place after place ranging from some questionable hotels up to Disney or Universal properties, the size of our family made it impossible. We even had reservations at Shades Of Green and decided Orlando was way out of our budget. We finally came to the conclusion that Orlando was beyond our reach and that the trip wasn’t possible. After much prayer I stumbled on Vrbo and this property. Everything we needed was right here: we felt safe because entry gates and the front door were secured by passcodes, the home was very clean, it catered to the kid’s and adult’s interests, and everything was supplied for us so that all we needed to provide was food and some basics. We had a stove, washer, dryer, dishes, pots and pans, dish soap, laundry soap, tvs, stroller, playpen if needed, hairdryer, shampoo, and more. The themed decor was very welcoming. The owner has awesome communication and is incredibly helpful and caring. The home was located close to the Disney Parks and Universal and was minutes away from Walmart and gift shops. We had an incredible stay here and can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you Mark for an incredible, affordable, safe, nice place to stay.

Not clean or renovated

Pictures on listing don’t portray what you see in person,& felt very misled. After walking in,we saw caulk everywhere. We found many things not shown in the listing. There was a warning about bugs taking refuge after rain & not to leave anything out. After seeing everything we did not feel comfortable staying,so much so, we left & rented another place.The condo is not renovated as listed on VRBO & has many flaws. Everyone has their own standards of cleanliness & it wasn’t up to our standards. Knowing Mark could have rented his condo to someone else, we asked to refund half of our fees,which he refused. We asked for cleaning fee back & he refused as well. Had the pics on the VRBO listing showed these issues we would not have rented it.The condo has a busted front door jam,discolored & grimy switches & outlets,doors & trim are dirty,bathroom cabinets are pieced together, scratched & chewed up,tables are scratched,mold on the bedroom ceiling,kitchen ceiling paint touched up with killz,kitchen countertop is chipped,slider door & window were dirty,full of dirt hair & dead bugs, dresser handles were dirty & some missing,chewed up blinds,bathrooms had caulk everywhere,huge patch on bathroom door,black crud in master bedroom air vent,& dirty hand rails. NOT renovated as listed.He asked twice about 5 star reviews before we even arrived.He provided check in info late & tracks when you enter, leave & lock front door. We paid for a place we did not use or feel comfortable staying at.

Amy is a disgruntled guest who didn’t receive a refund because her and her family stayed one night in the home and remaid the beds and then left the next day. That is why she spoke of tracking entry and exit because the door lock has that capability. I have over 100 5 star reviews between this platform and Airbnb this is the very first and only poor review. She literally went through the home trying to find anything to photograph to get VRBO to give her a refund and they still didn’t do so. The home is treated by terminix regularly. I have a note asking guest not to leave trash and food out that would tempt Florida pest to come inside.

Great affordable place near everything Orlando has to offer

Fun place to stay near all things Orlando! We loved the themed rooms and being so close to everything. Everything was easy and owner was easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.
