Overall it was a decent place as far as the layout, just needs some major updating and maintenance, the cleaning was not good at all, the pool was pretty bad(the pool guy came the day before we were leaving to add much needed chemicals there was algae growing in several places and the water level was about a foot low. The grill was bad caught on fire trying to grill burgers and we know how to grill, the game room was broke, the layout was good, the gate check-in people were not friendly or accommodating at all, the host was good to communicate with and tried to accommodate what he could from so far away but to be honest all that just took away from our time together dealing with other people’s mess.

Couple of things in the house could have been better. Could really use some upgrades. And water in shower stays hot about 3 minutes tops.But overall we had a nice time. Ricky was an awesome host! Very friendly and quick to respond!!!!

The house was dirty and needs a deep cleaning. The drapes for the sliding door to the pool area are filthy. The door frame itself is so dirty we hated having to ipen it. Not all the chairs shown for the pool area are there. The front porch had no chairs as pictures. The biggest disappointment was the pool lights didnt work and they never came to fix them during our stay. That meant we could not enjoy the pool once it got dark. Best Trip To Florida Yet

We stayed at Ricky’s home in January for a few days with some friends. The location was very convention and close the everything! The property was located in a beautiful and very safe village that was well taken care of. The home was in great condition and had all the facilities you could ask for. Ricky always responded promptly to any questions we had. This is not our first time visiting this property and definitely won’t be our last! Thanks Ricky

Awesome Host, OK House

My family of 11, 6 adults and 5 children, stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas. This lovely house has plenty of rooms/beds for all of us. It was adequatey clean upon arrival. The house is showing its age as far as plumbing, appliances, doors etc. Ricky is the ultimate host though and was readily available to assist with inadequacies. Ricky, you are a 10/10

Excellent house for Large Group

Overall our stay was great. House was spacious and well laid out. We did have to change a battery in a smoke detector and clean the bbq before using it but other than those small issues the house was great.

House had everything you would need, very spacious and very clean. How’s is always attentive. This is my second stay at one of his houses and we keep coming back.

Our host Ricky was just wonderful! Upon. Check in we found the residence to be a disaster! Tons of broken appliances beds were dirty floors were not clean beds and dressers were held up by wooden pieces. Ricky instantly refunded us 300$ and let us have a late check out on our last day. He was very easy to get a hold of and even personally called me when things weren’t going great. Overall the residence was a 4/10 and Ricky was a 10/10! Thank you again!

Upkeep needs attention

The house was a great size and nicely decorated, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, the upkeep needs attention. The pictures on the listing are older pictures. The house has been painted and the outside furniture in the pictures was different or non existent. We discovered a broken fridge crisper, loose freezer door handle, broken twin bed, very little for kitchen utensils, the BBQ didn't have any flame guards on it which lead to burning the food. We only used it twice because of the condition. So a definite waste of $80. The hottub jets didn't work nor did the lights. I got in touch with the property manager and he had a pool guy come take a look at it. The filters were so clogged and had plastic in it (we were told this by the pool guy). The bulbs in the hottub and pool were burnt out but miraculously fixed the day before we left. There was garbage left from the previous guests that was put into the wrong bin which was dealt with by the property manager. There was also garbage in the yard around the property. The overall cleanliness of the house could have been better and more time spend on making it presentable. There was heavy dust on ceiling fans, vent covers and even the furnace filter was clogged which lead to us coming home to no air conditioning. I emailed the property manager and called, leaving a message but no response. The A/C would kick on then go back out. We also found that the sliding doors to the backyard very hard to open. This was our experience!

Beautiful Home!

Owner communication was very good! He was helpful in every way. The home was spacious and clean the kids absolutely loved the pool and location it was a pleasure to stay there and we look forward to staying there again!

This house its best

Beautiful, big super comfortable. We was a big group of family with small kids This house was perfect 5 bedroom 5 bath the pool the spa. It make us feel like home. My communication with the owners was the best any question or issues he was fast in responded. .. My kid's had so much fun in the pool.. I do recommend thia Beautiful property. We will definitely Rent this again. Thank you to the Owner for this great experience If you want to stay in a relaxing area and feel like home thia the house to stay

Love the property and all the amenities, Ricky was the best host I have ever had with VRBO. He was so prompt in all my needs and request. Can't ask for a better place if you're looking to relax and have everything right there in the resort. It was so chill and so relaxing definitely want to stay again!

Family Vacation

Our family of 10 arrived to a beautiful, well maintained home that felt just like our own home. Everything was nice and clean and basic Essentials provided plus things that you may have forgotten at home such as strollers, high chair,fans etc. I liked that it was easy access and within minutes of several restaurants, gas stations and fun. The pool was perfect for cooling down. The host is very kind and responds quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Golf trip, perfect home

We have our annual golf trip and it's normally 8 of us, this time we broke up the homes and four stayed in this home. It was very accommodating and the host communicated with us. One thing I loved was the check out process was simple. Some hosts I feel have you doing way too much to check out. It was simple and I made sure to ask what was needed from us. The host was very cooperative on any questions or concerns as well.

Family Disney Trip 2024

This property exceeded our expectations and the family enjoyed the spacious rooms. The pool and spa was excellent and the kids spent most of their time in them! Most importantly was the host, Ricky, who was of great assistance to us in planning our stay and even when we needed to chat during the stay. We would definitely stay again when a large group needs accommodations
