Keep it simple at this clean, comfy, peaceful and centrally-located water-view camp just minutes from Toledo Town. 3 bedroom / 2 bath with all the amenities. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Boat launch available in neighborhood. Fully-equipped kitchen. Fire pit (with firewood), charcoal grill, gas burner, electric fryer for use on large covered porch. Dogs are allowed. (No cats please) Pet fee of $50.

Awesome little weekend!

Probably one of the best host I’ve had and I’ve had a lot. Super clean spot, everything we needed and well kept. Even though it’s just across from the water they were kind enuf to let us use and hangout on there dock like it was our own and made it as good a trip as it could be. We will definitely be staying here again!

Relaxing and Comfortable

Wonderful hosts welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. Photos don't do justice to the property. The beds and furnishings are super comfortable, the neighborhood is quite and beautiful. We loved it!

Great place

We were more than happy with the place. It was very nice and clean in a quiet neighborhood. Mr Jack and crew made sure we had everything we needed. Having access to there landing and dock to leave the boat in the water was amazing. Highly recommend and will be back. Made some great friends.

Toledo Bend

We had a nice relaxing time at this property. The hosts were very hospitable. Although the house was not right on the lake it was only a short walk down to the boat ramp and our hosts let us use his pier. We really lucked out on being able to enjoy some beautiful weather while we were there.

Didn't Want to Leave

The hosts thought of everything for this very homey and comfortable location. Walking distance was the pier and boat launch where we spent of alot of our time. Mr Jack and his Partner made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend

Great Vacation Getaway

I want to thank our hosts Jack and Carla. We loved the place and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. The place was clean, well stocked with all needed supplies and had a beautiful dock to fish from. Great landing. We told them we will be back and we are telling our friends about our stay. Thanks you for letting us make memories with our family and furry babies at your rental.

Family fishing trip

We enjoyed our trip to this quiet and peaceful place Mr Jack was the best hands down he made sure we had everything we needed got little trun around on getting there and he came and got us the house was extra clean and everything was so nice and the neighborhood was nice if you looking for a nice peaceful place this is it we even caught fish straight from the peir thanks Mr Jackie for sharing your home with us and for the welcome basket we will be renting again he is a excellent host❤

Great time in Toledo Bend

I would like thank Jack & Carla for the great week my family and I had in Toledo bend. Jack and his wife Carla, they were great host. They told if need anything please call, and they will help out with anything and they did. We even got use the boat house for our boat that with great. Thanks.... Yes, we will be seeing yall soon. As out last conversation we are already looking into our next trip back to Toledo bend.

Fishing Trip

Property was nice and clean. Great location not far from cypress bend resort/landing. Also close to living the dream fishing charter. Owners were extremely nice and were easy to reach when needed. Would definitely rent again.
