This Beach Club Condo has everything you need for your beach-side getaway!

Walk or drive just a ½ mile to the beach. Swim in the club’s pool or take a soak in the jacuzzi. Restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and more are all located within walking distance.
Cap the day off by watching sunset from the balcony overlooking the duck pond. The well-manicured landscaping and stylish design of the Beach Club Condos are are perfect for giving you that Florida-vacation feel.

We visited Melbourne a couple of years ago because our daughter goes to school at Florida Institute of Technology. We loved the area so much, we decided to buy a condo here, and we are excited to introduce others to this quiet beach community. We hope you love it as much as we do.

We met Pedro and Laura Machin, and they graciously offered to manage our property for us. We are thrilled to be able to partner with them and be included in their portfolio of properties!

Guest Access/Interaction:
Guest may gain access to the condo anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The condo is setup completely for guest use and everything is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked hallway utility closet. You will have access to the community pool, jacuzzi and gym from sunup to sundown with the FOB hanging by the entry door. We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use. We are just a message/call away if you need assistance or suggestions of things to do in the area!

Neighborhood:
This community is located on Eau Gallie Blvd in Indialantic Florida, nestled between the town of Indian Harbour Beach and Indialantic.
You will find yourself in a very central beach side location about 10 minute walking distance from the nearest beach (2 min drive) and 2 miles to Melbourne/EauGallie Arts Distruct (4 min drive). Shopping (Win Dixie, Walmart, Publix) are also walking distance.
Right across the street is Corey's Bagels, one of our favorite breakfast spots. Their Lox and Bagel is mouth-watering delicious.

• Bone Fish Willy's.
We are always here to help if you need suggestions on where to go!

Other things to note:
The unit is on a third story (two flights of stairs) and the building does not have an elevator.
The clubhouse area (including the pool and gym) is open from sun-up to sun-down.
We have a Keurig one cup coffee maker.
The thermostat has a lower limit of 68 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.

Nice condo

Clean well laid out condo with everything you will need, the wine and biscuits were a really nice gesture.This condo has a great view over lake to watch the wildlife,with sun in the evenings probably the best position on the complex.Nice furniture, comfy bed washing machine and tumble dryer excellent.Swimming pool cleaned daily while we were there,beach and restaurants walkable We had a good vacation here although I won’t miss the stairs, but knew that before handSwimming pool cleaned daily while we were there

So close to beaches. The property was jusr as described in listing. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed. The view from balcony overlooking the pond was wonderful..

Perfect Location!

Our stay was awesome! It had everything we needed and just as it was advertised! The bed was comfy and the place was immaculately clean! Great communication with the hosts! The location to the beach was perfect! We drove one day to the beach because we had a lot of gear to bring and the condo had chairs and a beach umbrella for us to use as well! Our last night there, we walked to the beach to watch the SpaceX launch from Kennedy Space Center! It was our first time seeing this and what an awesome experience it was! We enjoyed watching the ducks and turtles in the pond while soaking in the warm weather on the balcony! Thank you Pedro and Laura for a great time at your beautiful condo!

Great Experience

This condo was perfect for our stay. We were close to restaurants, stores and the beach. The entire condo was clean and the shower floor was cool. We love that beach chairs, an umbrella and beach tote were available for us to use.

Seize the Rays Indialantic FL Beachside condo renta

It was one of the nicer places that we have stayed. I am very picky on how clean things are and this condo was very clean. It was also stylish with beautiful countertops and a coastal design. It was well supplied with things we needed (like laundry detergent, aluminum foil, shampoo, etc.). I really liked the walk in closet with lots of hangers and a luggage rack for your suitcase - easy to reach but nice that it is out of sight in the closet. I also loved the patio with a nice seating area where you could relax out there for morning while watching the turtles and ducks swimming in the pond. Communication with us by the property managers was very good and any questions we had were answered quickly.

Perfect place to stay

I lived in the Indialantic area for over 20 years and knew this would be a great location to stay in. It is quiet and close to everything beachside. The condo is very clean, and I enjoyed being able to make coffee and breakfast in the kitchen. It was the perfect place for me to relax after work. Communication was very good and I had no problems at all during my stay. I will look forward to starting here again in the future.

Perfect, Better than anticipated

Simply a perfect hotel alternative. Clean, bright, welcoming! Deck view and wildlife show is spectacular Simple a terrific place with good processing Water pressure for shower needs help but have had worse and did not detract from stay. Cant wait to visit again

Lovely holiday apartment

The apartment was really lovely. The decor and furnishings have a New England style, and it felt very restful being there. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice surprise, also bathroom and kitchen supplies provided were a great help, even fresh coffee and tea. Pedro and Claire checked we were ok during our stay, and any queries we had were answered immediately. Our only criticism was that we felt the apartment would be more relaxing in the evening with a couple of table/side lamps, as the standard lamp was far too bright, so we had to keep the kitchen light on in the evening for subdued lighting in the lounge area at the other end of the room. If we visited this area of Florida again then we would not hesitate to stay at this apartment.

Just As Described!

This property was perfect! Location is fantastic-walk to grocery and eateries, walk to beach, easy drive to get onto A1A. The condo was very clean, kitchen had everything you would need, and the porch overlooking the pond was a bonus-we saw so much wildlife each day; Osprey, turtles, Ibis, cranes, ducks, pelicans! Bathroom supplies were ample, beach chairs and bag supplied, didn't use but washer/dryer were full sized. Carrying luggage up 3 flights wasn't an issue for us. Closet space large, bathroom storage plentiful. We were there visiting friends and will definitely stay at Seize The Rays again.
