Exclusive Waterfront Home w/ Panoramic Sunset Views.
Coco Palms is a luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom waterfront villa with swimming pool, located within Jolly Harbour, Antigua’s popular gated community. The villa can sleep 8 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms plus house bathroom. It has huge waterside lounging space, able to host two (2) 40ft yachts. The villa is stylishly furnished to a high standard and is equipped with an impressive array of modern amenities including high-end fitted kitchen with touch panel Bosch appliances, Wi-Fi enabled coffee machine, wine fridge, ice maker, large kitchen island with seating and separate laundry room. All bathrooms are wet rooms with walk-in rain showers and twin wash bowls. Outside there is a generous covered patio with 10-seater outdoor dining table, outdoor kitchen including gas BBQ grill, drinks fridge, sink and bar with bar stools. There is ample space for lounging in the shade on the 8-seater sofa. Beyond the covered terrace is a beautifully inviting good sized swimming pool with large sunbathing deck furnished with comfortable loungers with mattresses and fabulous open views across the bay. The pool deck is bordered by tropical plants and palm trees, has sweeping views across the water and lush green hillsides up and down the coastline and leads down onto the boat dock below. The dockside lounging space includes fire pit, outdoor shower and over-water hammock. The property also comes with kayaks and SUPs that can be launched from the dock – a great way to explore the gorgeous beaches and inlets of the sheltered Jolly Harbour bay.

A key fob has been provided and is attached to your villa keys. This fob is required to access the facilities. Family getaway
Beautiful home all around, thoroughly enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the back patio! Fantastic location, nice quiet neighborhood and plenty of restaurants close by. Amy, the house manager was a pleasure to work with and very prompt with responses to any questions we had. Would definitely would come back and stay at Coco Palms again!
