The STUNNING Villa Sea Glass! Located in the gated Sugar Ridge enclave.

Villa Sea Glass is located in the exclusive gated community of Sugar Ridge. The villa faces west providing spectacular 180* views of the Caribbean Sea, stunning sunsets, and surrounding green hills. Villa Sea Glass boasts 2,700 square feet of indoor living space and 2,200 square feet of terraced outdoor living space. The open air plan of the great room features three huge sliding glass doors that fully retract into the walls allowing for indoor-outdoor living at its best. It is a wonderful gathering place for family and friends to reconnect. The four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms allow for privacy, and comfortably hosts up to 8 people. The outdoor patios have entertaining areas, sun loungers, and a stunning zero edge pool.

Located in the mountains above Jolly Harbour, the close proxminity allows for easy access to many great restaurants, a grocery store (not many on the island!), a pharmacy, and the launch spot of all boating excursions. St. John's and VC Bird Airport are only a 20- 30 minute drive from the Villa. Antigua is said to have 365 beaches, one for every day of the year. Four of the best beaches are within just a few minutes drive from Villa Sea Glass.

I fell in love with Antigua when I lived on the island as a child and have returned too many times to count. When I happened across this home for sale, I knew this would be where I eventually retire. Until then we will share it with a few lucky travelers! I hope you too fall in love with the view, my home, and Antigua!

This is a great location on west side of island. Very near several beaches. View of harbor and ocean from the deck and pool is outstanding. This is a gated community with a guard attendant We rented a van that seats 8 from Titi Rent a Car for the week and we ventured out each day. Shirley Heights on Sunday evening is highly recommended if you like outdoor music and barbecue. Both home owner and property manager were very responsive with all questions. We had a great time.

My family and I had a fabulous time at Villa SeaGlass. The Villa is stylishly decorated yet homely and welcoming. What an amazing property and experience. The house is located on Sugar Hill with utterly breathtaking views of Jolly Harbor and the water. The outside facilities (landscaping, pool, lounging chairs, decks) are wonderful - lots of casual time floating in the infinity pool overlooking the harbor and swinging in the chairs. Inside, the kitchen is well stocked and felt like home. These beds are SO comfortable! Really everything was perfect. We are already hoping to rebook next time for another family vacation,

This property is in perfect condition for a family stay. It is easily accessible, well equipped, comfortable and quiet. There is an wonderful view from the front of the house by the pool, which is at its most beautiful at sunset. The location is very convenient - near many lovely beaches and has a nearby supermarket and local restaurants. We would highly recommend this property and hope to be back again.

The house was very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The best part of the house was the outdoor spaces and the magnificent view of the Caribbean. Another Wonderful Trip to Paradise

My Husband and I stayed at Villa Sea Glass last year for our 40th Anniversary and could not wait to return. We enjoyed 9 wonderful nights in Paradise. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The house was in a great location and close to a lot of beautiful places. The property manager is wonderful and very communicative. She made our stay extra special. This home sits on a mountain side overlooking the harbor with views you simply cannot get anywhere else. They are worth the stay alone!

Stunning property

You will be blown away by how beautiful Sea Glass truly is. The pictures don't do it justice. You will want for nothing. The property is stocked with every amenity you will need and the outdoor space is absolutely amazing! We did run into a small issue with the pool but Cameron made it right with her response and attentiveness. Just book this VRBO. You will not regret it!

Just perfect!

This was our second time staying at Villa Seaglass and I’m sure it won’t be the last! Everything about this place is pure perfection. The views can’t be beat! Location is wonderful, with grocery stores & restaurants within walking distance. And of course, so many beaches close by! But we even chose to stay at the house and lounge by the pool some days. It’s just that good! Cameron was easy to communicate with and gave great suggestions on things to do on the island. Loura and Natasha (house staff) were incredibly friendly & accommodating! Can’t wait to return!

Truly amazing to be in this special slice of heaven with our grade school pals celebrating out 60th. The 4 of us had lots of laughs, splashes, daily morning coffee and Baileys in the swinging chairs, and wee bit of wine! Cameron was wonderful with lots of good tips and Loura the manager was so attentive! Jolly Harbour was the perfect place for getting out to all the dif places/beaches on the island! Def will be back! Amazing Rental!

We were so happy with this rental. We had a group of 7 staying here, and there were zero complaints, everyone was blown away! The house felt super roomy even with all the bedrooms being occupied. Loura and Cameron answered all of my questions and couldn’t have been sweeter. We did rent a car to get to the beaches/local spots, and used Danielle, a driver with a van, to get to dinners outside Jolly Harbour/airport. I can’t recommend this rental enough! Definitely would come back in a heartbeat.

My Husband and I stayed 10 wonderful days to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. I cannot say enough about Villa Sea Glass, it is absolute Heaven. If I could design a House - this would be it, I would not change a thing. Cameron, the Owner, is wonderful as is Loura, the Property Manager. We never wanted to leave and only ventured out for dinner - many lovely restaurants within a 15-minute drive. Our first time to Antigua as well - Beautiful! We promised each other we would go back next year! Thank you Cameron for sharing your Beautiful Home with us!

Wonderful week in paradise

We loved every minute of staying at this beautiful property. Spent a week with family including 4 adults plus a 19 and 16 year old. It is equipped with everything you may need including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry plus beach mats and a cool box for trips out. It is located close to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The pool was a great place for chilling and watching the sun set. Communication with Cameron before and during our stay was top notch, very helpful and informative. Highly recommend Ffryes, Darkwood, Crabb Hill and Turners beach. The worst part of our stay was having to leave. I really hope we can return one day.
