Enjoy the best of both worlds - an awesome view of the Ocean and lush tropical gardens right outside your balcony!

Only steps away from the beach, the Pearl is located at the west end of North Coast Village and off of Oceanside's iconic Strand. Take pleasure in our fresh, great-smelling luxurious linens, King and Queen beds, big plush towels, fully stocked kitchen, beach essentials - umbrella and chairs, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, hairdryer, and free parking.

Plus, enjoy our welcome gift of either fresh fruit, muffins, or pastries - your choice!

Relax by a crackling fire (during winter months), a bubbling hot tub, or a cooling pool while the ocean roars at the Pearl!

At the Pearl, we strive to provide everything that we, ourselves, would want from a vacation getaway. A clean, safe place to stay where the view and time away is enjoyed every minute. Easy check-in and even easier check-out. You don’t have to strip the beds, do the laundry, take the garbage out, or do the dishes. We do all the cleaning for you. YOU are our top priority!

On Site: Spa, gym, pool, hot tub, ping pong, foosball, billiards, BBQ, koi pond, putting green, and laundry facility.
Off Site: Oceanside Pier, Oceanside Harbor shops and restaurants, California Surf Museum, Top Gun House, Oceanside Museum of Art. Learn how to ride the waves from a local surfer!
Only a quick Uber ride to Mission San Luis Rey, indoor skydiving, and outlet shopping, local wineries and breweries.

Thursdays: Check out the Oceanside Morning Farmers Market from 9-1 at the corner of North Coast Hwy and Pier View Way for delicious home-grown fruits and vegetables.
Oceanside Sunset Market also on Pier View Way from 5-9pm with local crafts and more. Both take place year-round.

NOTE: If booking within 48 hours of check-in date, guests are charged an additional, one-time $35 key-gathering fee. This is an un-avoidable fee, charged to us by our HOA.

Great Time at The Pearl

We would definitely recommend anyone to stay at the pearl. We had a great time. The pearl is kept in immaculate condition. It’s situated in the perfect spot within the North Coast Village property. You can see the ocean from the balcony.Cindy was an excellent host and accommodated all of our needs and was quick to respond with any and all of our questions. We will book again in the future!!

Wonderful place

My wife and I had a wonderful time here at the Pearl. Very clean and homie. Wonderful view of the ocean and all of the tropical plants. Great place to have a nice getaway. Would come back again.

Pearl on the Strand is Superb

Although the check-in process was a little difficult, mostly because the parking lot was full, everything else from there forward was great. The property is beautiful and the condo is clean and nicely furnished. I plan to come back here in the future!

The Condo was perfect for the two of us. Everything was clean and ready for our stay, and Cindy's communication was super responsive from the booking through checkout. The fruit bowl was a classy touch. Great community and location on the water. Would love to stay again!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at The Pearl where the location was perfect. NCV is an amazing property and you are steps away from the ocean and a short drive from restaurants. The house had all the beach essentials we needed and was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Cindy was a great and communicative host.

Absolutely perfect!

Loved this place so much! It was a bottom level apartment but still quiet. Beds were very comfortable (even the Murphy bed!) kitchen well stocked, bathrooms well stocked. Great view. Host was so sweet and gave us a nice welcoming treat

Oceanside Retreat

An absolutely beautiful facility just yards away from the beach. With two swimming pools,miniature putting greens and plenty of walking trails to explore you may not want to leave The Pearl. However, if you do decide to go to the beach, the apartment is equipped with a beach umbrella, beach chairs and towels. If anything is needed, communication with management is immediate and professional. Definitely a five star rating for this property.

Our host Cindy was professional and kind. The amenities were perfect. The condo was very clean and homey. Sitting on the balcony watching the waves was very relaxing. Leave the windows open at night and you can listen to the waves. We used the provided beach chairs and umbrella which was nice and just steps to the beach! I'm pretty sure we'll be back.

Favorite unit by far

From the moment we booked, everything went so smoothly. Cindy’s hospitality and communication was superb. Fresh muffins waiting when we arrived, ice the freezer, She even went out of her way to bring extra tissues when our daughter had a stuffy nose. Unit was very clean, beds comfortable, towels fresh & fluffy! We were very impressed with everything, and I’m a major germophobe. Will definitely book this unit with Cindy for our next trip☀️

Highly Recommend

As good as the write up was it did not do this cozy, convenient, comfortable condo justice. The bed was the best we have experienced. The pillows, sheets and comforter were incredible Parking is underground, free, and reserved. Truly, no hassle. We arranged the balcony chairs so that we could enjoy morning coffee and look at the ocean and early morning surfers. The beach was a hundred yards away. Breakfast coffee on the beach is always amazing and no matter what the brand or brew it is, it is the best coffee you’ve ever had. A short drive to the harbor fish restaurants was also worth it. All things considered, we rate our stay in Pearl on the Strand 6 stars.

Ready to book again!

My family enjoyed our stay at NCV and we are ready to book this unit again! Cindy was such a pleasure to communicate with. She was always prompt with her responses, very kind, and personalble. Checkin was great and the place was very clean. (I stayed in a different unit a month beforehand and it was not as clean and had ants everywhere). We were greeted with muffins and cold waters. The description of the amenities was delivered and our favorite part was the Murphy bed so no one had to sleep on the couch or a questionable pullout. It's a short walk to the beach as promised and the umbrella Cindy provided was great. We loved building some family memories here.

Nice unit, a couple suggestions

Rented this for my elderly parents: the unit was very nice, clean, good location, and host was great. However, my folks were not strong enough to move the very sticky and heavy sliding glass door. They had trouble working the TV's due to the number of remotes and components. I was able to get the TVs working after several minutes of trial and error. My parents also said the coffee filters provided were the wrong ones. Minor issues for a nice unit - except the slider.

Great spot at Oceanside

We have stayed at a few condos at this complex. Great location and amenities. This property was our favorite so far. The Murphy bed worked out great and we really appreciated the fresh fruit. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing stay

Unit D111 The unit was spotless, everything was well organized and all decor was fitted with vacation vibes It felt home coming. Those crisp and comfortable bed sheets were so comfortable 100% cotton I didnt want to get out of bed felt just like at home and even better. Unit is placed in perfect spot very close to the garage parking spot and same when you go down to the beach and swimming pool. What a wonderful vacation! Thank you so much to make our stay so comfortable!

Tropical Beach Escape

The Pearl was exactly as described. The condo was clean, bright and beachy. Comfy bed, and I like that all the flooring was updated to wood look beachy tile.. no carpet. North Coast Village landscaping is so beautiful and tropical. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing, especially at sunset. The pool is huge. Wonderful to have covered parking right below the unit. Many restaurants, coffee shops, the pier, the marina and San Luis Rey River Trail within walking distance from the condo. Leave the bedroom window and slider open for 24/7 ocean wave sounds. Cindy was a wonderful host. She quickly responded to all my questions and left me a wonderful fruit platter and a card. She definitely values her guests.

Amazing stay!

We had such an amazing stay at the Pearl! It is in a great location in Oceanside. Love that it is easy to get to from the parking garage. It was a very clean and inviting unit. The beds and pillows were amazing and I love that there was a murphy bed as an additonal bed! Love, love this unit! We have found our place when we visit Oceanside. The only downside is we did not get a chance to stay long enough to enjoy it! We will definitely return! Thank you!

That means you will enjoy fresh, wonderful smelling linens, soft plush towels, and overall just a great place to stay. I'll have some delicious muffins, pastries, or fresh fruit and spring water waiting for you when you arrive, too! Yum.
