This family and pet-friendly property offers everything a guest could want. Tucked away on a quiet residential street, it's the perfect getaway for enjoying everything Florida’s Gulf Coast has to offer including white sand beaches, clear blue water for miles, golf, fishing, boating (bring your boat - it's only 5 mins to the Gulf!), tennis, pickleball, IMG Academy, Pirates Spring Training, paddle board, nature preserves, biking trails, dolphin and manatee watching. It's the perfect place to relax, unwind, and recharge.

About the property:
Enjoy plenty of room to stretch out both inside and out. Relax in the spacious living room or kick back on the sectional in the family room with a bowl of popcorn to watch movies, play games or just hang out. Soak up the bright Florida sun by your private swimming pool, or lounge in the screened-in patio overlooking the pool. It's the perfect place to enjoy drinks or curl up and read a book. We provide pool floats, chaise lounge chairs, beach towels, and toys for the kids.
If you want the pool heated for your stay, just let us know. Pool heating is available for an additional charge.

The kitchen is well stocked with everything a cook could want including quality pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, blender, toaster, plenty of serving dishes, and cooking basics like olive oil and spices. If you don't feel like cooking, throw something on the gas BBQ grill. Or got out to one of the many restaurants nearby. (We provide you with a list of our favorites in Bradenton, Anna Maria and Sarasota!)

The house has three spacious bedrooms; one with a king bed and attached bathroom; one with a queen bed; and one with a pair of twin beds. All bedrooms come with quality mattresses, cotton linens, spacious closets, and room darkening window shades for a comfortable night's sleep. The king bedroom has a TV.

There are two bathrooms both with their original colorful 1959 vintage tile. The primary bathroom has a shower, and the shared bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

Working remotely? No problem. The property has high speed Wifi throughout, and desk and office chair available.

The back yard is a great place to toss a ball or play games like corn hole or frisbee. If you're bringing a pet, relax knowing the backyard is completely fenced in.

There is also a washer and dryer available for guests to use.

For boating, you can rent one locally or bring your own. Boat access to the Gulf is only five minutes away and there's plenty of parking in the driveway for your boat, trailer or RV.

We provide guests with a detailed list of our favorite activities and restaurants in the area. And for guests bringing pets, we provide a list of dog-friendly places, too.

We've tried to think of everything big and small to make this the perfect property for a laid-back beach vacation. If there's anything we can do to make your stay better, just ask!
