Serene Topsail Beach Townhome-Water View-Great Location-Includes Linens

Welcome to Surf and Sound! This is a townhome in the heart of Topsail Beach with views of the ocean and sound. Access to the Ocean and sound are steps away on Hines Avenue. Walking distance to Topsail Beach shops, restaurants, Putt-Putt, roller rink and park. Also we are 0.1 mile from Bush Marina to launch your boat.

Nicely decorated and updated with full kitchen amenities and full size washer & dryer. There are 3 decks for relaxing with plenty of furniture - 2 ocean facing and one sound facing. The home has plenty of space for parking your car or even your boat.

On the first floor, you will find 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen and 1 Twin+Bunk), 2 full bathrooms and the laundry closet. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and Smart TV. The king master has access to a private deck and bath.

Going up the stairs to the 2nd floor, you will enter the open living/dining/kitchen area. There are plenty of windows and access to the front deck that faces the ocean side of the house. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living too. Down the hall is another full bathroom and queen bedroom. There is a back deck that faces the sound and overlooks the back yard.

Rental price includes linens, bikes, kayaks, a beach cart, fishing poles, beach games, and a canopy.

Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, reservations are Saturday-Saturday. The remainder of the year, there is a 3-night minimum stay with check in and check out allowed on any day.

Great Stay!

Owners were very responsive and everything was very clean and in good working order. We had a fantastic view of the sound and could still see the ocean as well. The walk to the beach access was maybe 2 blocks at most. We used 3 of the bedrooms out of 4 and all mattresses were comfortable (we didn't use the bedroom with twin bunk and third bed). We brought both our dogs which was nice, they loved their beach walks. Would stay here again for sure.

Well equipped, convenient, fun.

This house was a delight to stay in, the bikes and kayaks were a great touch and were very helpful. The house was in a great location, and we were able to walk to most places. Both Sound access and Beach access are very close.

Best of Beach and Sound

This house is in between the beach and the sound, making it a great location for whatever you want to do. We loved the kayaks and spent time paddling on the sound and catching shrimp and crabs. The beach was just round the corner, beautiful sand and at low tide, endless shells to collect. Great house-we hope to come back again.

Great weekend get away

Came for the weekend with my two teenagers and two of their friends and of their dads. House and location were great. Had a lovely time. Lots of room for everyone. Very easy access to beach.

Perfect beach house

Beautiful home. Close to beach access. Walking distance to restaurant and ice cream shop. Even with cloudy weather, we enjoyed games, bookstores, great seafood and the popcorn store. Hosts were close by and helpful. Would definitely rent again.

Enjoy the sound or the sea!

The townhouse was perfectly located between the ocean and the intercoastal waterway with views of both! It was a short walk to everything, from water or beach access, to local dining options and entertainment, museums and shops, a corner store with a bit of everything or a seafood market with fresh off the boat options. Not only is the location great, but the rental includes all the extras to enjoy your time at Topsail... Bikes, beach chairs and toys, a beach wagon, and kayaks! We are looking forward to coming back again!

Clean and Bright with Convenient Beach Access

Clean, pert-friendly, and bright home with convenient beach access. Upper balconies have respective views of the sound and ocean. Owners are very responsive. Cathedral ceiling in main living area. Quiet part of the island with good dining options nearby. A block or two away, Lewis Seafood is amazing for take home seafood, and the associated food trailer has great seafood tacos! Neighborhood has access to the sound for the provided kayaks. We’d love to come back!

Amazing time!

Clean, comfortable, and close to everything! This house accomodated everything we needed for our stay from outdoor shower, multiple bathrooms, and great kitchen living area. We enjoyed watching a sea turtle release on the beach, and gorgeous views of the sound. So much to appreciate about this house and beautiful Topsail!

Best Beach Vacation

Beautiful home right at the beach and sound. The amenities were perfect- bikes, all of the fishing and beach gear. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Host very nice and made us feel at home. They made sure we had everything we needed, including a small air compressor for the bike tires! Our family had a great time and we look forward to next year!

Fabulous location!

We enjoyed our time in Topsail beach! What a great location! Close to the beach access (which was all ramp and no stairs!) and close to the sound access for fishing and beautiful sunsets. The house had everything we needed with lots of great spots to hang out. The owners were super helpful and easy to communicate with, we really appreciated that! We loved riding bikes to the end of the island and only being 15 minutes drive from the bridge and main town. It was very quiet down in the south end and so dog friendly! Our pup was happy to hang on the beach with us in the shade. We also liked having the pier close by. We would definitely stay here again, only great things to say about this place! Thanks for sharing it with us!

Cleanest rental ever!

This was the cleanest rental we've ever had. Nothing at all to complain about. Comfy beds and pillows, plenty of room for our large family, well stocked kitchen and guest closet with beach supplies. One minute walk to the sound and less than two minutes to beach. Only a few more minutes to the pier and downtown Topsail Beach. Hope to stay again in the future!

Would do it again!

The place was everything it was advertised to be. The hosts definitely have it ready for the renters. It is a very clean house and laid out nicely. The owners go above and beyond with having bikes, kayaks, beach toys, a wagon, etc. They have it set up like folks would do for their own vacation plans. Jim and Tami were great hosts and communicated very well from beginning to end. We would definitely stay there again. Tommy and Kathleen

Beautiful home, perfect location for easy access to both the sound and ocean

We absolutely loved staying here. The house was perfect and the host had just about everything you could need for your stay. We were impressed by the amount of items available for use on the beach and sound. From kayaks to beach umbrellas, beach chairs, wagon, games, bikes, coolers…the list goes on. If you forgot something they more than likely had it available. The walk to the beach and sound were a breeze with the proximity of this house and the views from both the front and back balconies were where we spent majority of our time. This was our first time to Topsail and we have decided to make it a tradition, we would definitely stay here again.

Jim & Tami are the owners of Surfline Properties. We own and manage beach vacation properties on Topsail Island. Our goal is to provide our guests with great accommodations, exceptional service and affordable rates. Jim is also a NC licensed real estate agent (license #346034).

We are originally from Pennsylvania but now live full time on Topsail Island. We would love the opportunity to share our slice of paradise with our guests.

Location! Surf & Sound is located on a narrow part of the island that provides easy access to both the beach and sound. The town center of Topsail Beach is very close to enjoy shopping, dining and activities. The beach at the southern end of the island is beautiful and quiet.
We provide everything that you need to enjoy a home away from home. You just need to bring your clothes and food.
