Great house, great vacation

We had a great time, really impressed with communication and response time with the owner. The house was well stocked and close to both the beach access and restaurants. Also great sunset views from the back deck. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and will be back soon.

Beautiful home

We had an amazing time. Best of both worlds with access to the sound and ocean. We love south topsail and I love all close the house is to stores and food, literally a short 2 minute walk. We had a blast! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Beach vacation

Great location. Very walkable to the beach, restaurants, local shops, house was well stocked with supplies. The only negative I can even come up with is that the primary bedroom mattress had a plastic mattress cover which was noisy and made the bed warm/not breathable. Minor in the scheme of things. Great property, would definitely stay again.

Quick Trip to the Beach

Home was very well appointed and as described. Lots of extras so if you forget anything, they probably have it. Love the “pay it forward” approach because the kitchen had every spice I needed! Location is very close to beach access. Great communication from the property managers. The main grocery stores are a little far (20min) so make sure to bring what you need or stop on the way in so you don’t have to drive out. Overall it was a great stay with really nice views and lots of patio areas off the living rooms and bedrooms to enjoy the sunset.

Much needed beach trip

Enjoyed our stay great views all over the property and definitely came in handy being fully stocked when there were things we forgot to bring. Walk to the beach is not long but be sure you grab everything the first go. Would recommend staying here for families and groups of 4+ as there is a great deal of room. Would love to come back here in the future!

The house was clean and not far from the beach. They had everything you needed to cook with which was nice because when we go on vacation we cook at home and eat out once. Not far from beach or sound. Great place.

This property was exactly as advertised! Easy walk to the beach plus view of the sound. Sunrise on the front porch, sunset on the back. Had minor issue with the dishwasher that the owner fixed very quickly. We love Topsail and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful rental home with amazing views of the sunset. There are three big balconies. Very spacious, comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. The Kennedy family started coming to Topsail since our kids were little. We are so excited to share our Ashford Sandcastle (named after where our girls' grandparents were married at in Ireland) with you. We do not live locally but have enough connections and local manager for any needs you may run into. We know a lot of the great local favorites from our years of visiting.

We think our 4 bedroom offers plenty of space for you and your family plus! With comfortable beds, bedding/linens provided, games, puzzles plus some pretty amazing views!
We love how convenient our place is in the south end where you can enjoy being on island time. Easy and quick walk to either sound or beach access. Surf City and mainland are a short drive.

Minute walk to the beach or the sound! The views from either side give you amazing sunrise, ocean and sunset views! We have added a nice swing so you can lay and enjoy the ocean view or stars while soaking in the ocean breeze.
