This is an exceptional private home located on a 1+ acre lot. The main house is 4 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms and outdoor shower. A guest cottage with its own bathroom, outdoor shower and kitchenette "The Hutch". There is a guest studio above the garage ("The Nest") which has a kitchenette, full bath and washer/dryer and King bed. Let us know if you are only interested in the main house and Hutch guest cottage.
The main house has a beautiful open floor plan with a living room with fireplace, den, gourmet kitchen, pantry, office, laundry room, outdoor shower, BBQ, deck and lawn. The rear of this property abuts Sankaty Head Golf Course. One block west of Baxter Road, it is a ten minute walk to the village of Siasconset and beach. Foot steps from Baxter Road, the bluff walk and Sankaty Light House. White sateen sheets, white terry towels throughout..

The upstairs den has numerous card and board games which include Chess, Twister, Monopoly etc.

We find Nantucket a sanctuary compared to our hectic urban lifestyle in San Francisco.

The proximity to the ocean, bluff path, convenience of the Village of Siasconset, and the adjacency to the Polpis Bike Path, makes this a special property. Each room in both the house and cottage has tremendous natural light. Great areas and to gather and visit while enjoying privacy.
