This is the second season that the main building has been open for vacation rentals. There are 9 bedrooms [7 of which are ocean facing] and 6 baths. One bedroom is downstairs and the other 8 are upstairs. Two of the bathrooms are downstairs and 4 are upstairs.
The great room boasts a grand piano- always tuned, and a working fireplace. This grand space has huge picture windows with sweeping views of the Atlantic ocean.

The house and grounds are close to the village of Sconset, a short walk or bike ride away. This enchanting hamlet is host to rose-covered cottages, a local market and ice cream shop, restaurants, a children's playground and an island shuttle bus to town.
The Wade cottages include an additional smaller home on offer to rent. Both houses together and the expansive grounds can provide a lovely backdrop for group gatherings and special occasions.
