Oceanfront, West Tower Condo overlooks the Emerald waters and white sandy Beach from your own private balcony. This air-conditioned home comes with 1 bedroom (queen bead), sleeper sofa in the living room, a flat-screen TV, a kitchen with a dishwasher & microwave. and bath or shower in the private bathroom. WiFi and cable is included. There is a community washer and dryer on the first floor for Guests use.

Nice Condo!

This unit was very clean and up to date, they provided a starter pack of dish soap, sponge, paper towels, etc., nice towels/washcloths. I'm big on seeing the ocean from the balcony, the view was not as bad as I was expecting based on pics. You can see the ocean, pineapple willy parking lot and condo parking lot from the balcony. People watching the pineapple willy parking lot was an entertainment bonus! Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

Terrible balcony

Inside was good but the balcony view was awful. We could see a little of the beach but the majority of the view was parking lots. The dumpster for the restaurant next door was right below so was noisy with workers rolling big trash cans out to empty. The noise from traffic was loud so not relaxing as we hopef

Disappointed

Very unhappy with our stay... The door appeared to have been busted in at some point... Only thing keeping the deadbolt attached was the metal thing . No trim for extra support.. The couch and love seat looked dirty. The pillows were like wash cloths. The shower was small and the rocks on bottom hurt your feet. All kinds of exterior construction going on, which was not made aware to us, until we had booked the condo.. (No Refund). Only one tiny pool in operations. The air is set at 73, u are not able to change that. The view is pineapple willy more so then the ocean..The worst condo I have ever booked in Panama City..

Poor Customer Service

The room was clean. Good location on the beach. Horrible customer service. I don't want someone spending their hard earned dollars with these people. I called because I received every code except the one for the front door. Was made to feel I was a big imposition. They did give it to me. Next, you get one towel and one washcloth per person. I asked if there were extra and was told no and to use the laundry facility downstairs. One to wash and one to use is not asking too much. They had one pot and one pan. You will need to bring more. No real knives. If you make anything you need to cut like steak, forget it. I don't except Cuisinart but adequate would have been good. Whole point of renting a condo is for you to cook at the unit sometimes to save money. I emailed about the remotes not working. Again, rude behavior and frankly condescending. I was asked if I was "sure" the remotes were not working. Said they would send someone, Never did. We shuffled around batteries on the all the remotes we could find and finally got the one in the living area to work. If you expect good service this is not the place to go. It does have good location. The room was clean. I will never rent from these people again and will not recommend to anybody I know planning a vacation on the gulf.

Great place.

Construction of the building made getting around a little difficult. Only had one working elevator, which was very difficult with so many people staying there. The condo itself was nice and clean, the only problem I had was the stones in the bottom of the shower hurt your feet! Was also a very busy part of the beach, a lot of noise!

My stay at sunbird condominiums

Had a good stay. All the staff was awesome. Only thing was the room was not ready at 4pm check in time when we arrived. Who ever done the finishes in this condo unit did poor quality work. For example the dishwasher was stuck half way out of the cabinets. kitchen sprayer was not even tightened down at the sink. Windows was really dirty and we had to clean them ourselves and you get more view of pineapple Willy’s parking lot than you do the beach. The Wi-Fi was very weak so the whole stay I stayed on data. We were more out of the room than we was in . Always check the reviews before booking. Lesson learned.

Thunder beach 2023

We had the best time we have ever had at bike week! The location of this property was perfect- we had direct view to both the ocean and the strip- we were able to enjoy watching the motorcycles roll past as well as look at the beautiful view of the ocean! Our condo was exactly as it looked online and it served all our needs- beautiful decor and even more beautiful view of the ocean. The ease of accessing the community was seem less and getting up and down to our room was a snap! Quickest elevators we have ever been on in any reset/ hotel/ condo etc! We highly recommend this unit and we look forward to coming back again next year!

Very Disappointed!

It took 3 days to have a tv cable remote. Unable to watch tv.. WIFI was such a poor signal it was unusable. Only stays connected for 30 seconds. Many repairs needed upon arrival. Shower door didn't close, bath sink faucet falling off. Kitchen and bath sink drained slow. Table chair leg falling off. Sofa was filthy. Bugs in kitchen and bathroom. Exterminator came 1 week later, said bugs would be gone, but they were not. Door jamb completely broken. Deadbolt back latch held on with 1 screw. Balcony view was more of a parking lot than ocean front. Owner was complaining that if he sends maintenance out it cost him $75. I would never stay here again.

Perfect if you don’t mind the crowd from pineapple Willis!

Overall the stay was beyond perfect. Only downside is the traffic and the wifi, running kinda slow at times.

Overall great value for what we paid.

If your planning on cooking you might bring a few of your favorite pots & pans, pizzapan pizza cutter etc... The room is stocked with the bare minimum & the cheapest cutlery possible. It worked but made cooking a little difficult. They owner of the property might higher a new cleaning crew as the room wasn't the cleanest. Overall great experience for what we paid. Thanks for the great communication & easy check in. Also, the large sliding door had no curtains so if you have guests staying in the living room they will wake early with lots of light

Our stay

I would definitely recommend staying. The view is absolutely stunning and couldn’t be in a better location. Perfect proximity to Pineapple Willy’s, Walmart and within 2-3 miles of plenty of activities! We watched beautiful sunsets every night right from the living room and/ or balcony. The owners were very responsive and helpful from start to finish. We even added a night. A beautiful vacation in a beautiful condo!

Perfect for a couple.

We enjoyed our stay here. The owner was quick to fix all our issues. We woke up on our first full day there to cook breakfast and the stove/oven combo did not work, the owner had a whole brand new one installed by that evening! We would definitely stay here again.
