Wine Country Getaway with Amazing Views

Welcome to your Wine Country Getaway with breathtaking views of Tri-cities and the countryside. Whatever the reason or season, you will feel at home in this fully equipped peaceful and private 1200 sq ft daylight basement suite, located in our home that overlooks Tri-Cities and the countryside. The open concept space has a large living room with a 65" smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and bay windows. All rooms have large windows that let in abundant light and allows guests to take in the view while inside. Outside, you can enjoy the patio or walk down to the lower terrace and take in the sunrise or sunset while enjoying your favorite beverage.

LOCATION:
Your retreat is located in a calm and peaceful neighborhood with easy access (approximately 5 mins away) to Interstate 82. The Tri-Cities airport (PSC) is only 14 miles away. There are also over 36 wineries within 20 miles and over 200 wineries within 50 miles. Other places of interests are only minutes away: shopping, restaurants, the convention center, Columbia river, and other attractions.

We loved our stay at this home. It was quiet, comfortable, clean, had an easy check in/check out, and we had everything we needed for a nice stay. We enjoyed being a little further out of the busy city, and enjoyed the view from the property. Our host Todd was responsive when we had a TV connection issue, and made sure we got it taken care of. We would definitely choose it again.

3-night stay for baseball tournament

Very nice house in upscale neighborhood. We rented the basement, but they offer the whole house as well. House is even nicer than the pictures, beautiful view, especially in the evening/morning. Well stocked (really appreciated this) and clean. Host was quick and helpful with responses.

Lovely Top of the Hill

The full daylight basement is airy and well laid out. Fully stocked kitchen and large living room. Comfortable 2 beds. As in any ‘DL basement’ when folks are above, footsteps are heard. Being the hot summer, basement was ‘cool’. Incredible day and twinkly night time views.

Excellent hosts, charming location

We often make trips to the Tri-Cities for our wine clubs in the area. This country getaway is an excellent alternative to the hotels in the area. The view is wonderful, the property is clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We plan to return.

Simply perfect!

Just perfect for our family and needs. The property was just as described, clean, beautiful, quiet, just the right amenities, and comfort. We visit during heavy fog but on our last day we enjoy some amazing views. The hosts were very nice, polite and responded quickly. Highly recommended when in the area. So comfortable and quiet

This is a wonderful place to stay! SUPER clean and plenty of room to hang out if you need to. the beds are comfy and the view is fantastic! the resident pup was a bonus!

The neighborhood and the views are truly one of the best in Tri-Cities. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors are truly great! The views of Tri-Cities and the countryside are breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset.

There are so many things we love about our home, but the views rank high!

Being close (within 15 minutes to 20 mins) to shopping and attractions, but still being in the country is very enjoyable.

The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.
