THIS SPACIOUS VILLA IS UPGRADED IN AND OUT. IT IS LOCATED ON THE WESTSIDE OF TOWN NEAR SHOPPING, RESTAURANTS AND MINUTES FROM THE FREEWAY (I-10)
THIS STYLISH PLACE IS PERFECT FOR LAST MINUTES RESERVATION OR MONTH LONG STAYS. YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH EACH UNIQUE BEDROOM ALONG WITH ALL THE SPACE IN THE LIVING ROOM AREA For the safety and security of all our guests and in accordance with our rental policy, a valid government-issued photo ID is required to complete the booking process. This helps us verify the identity of all guests and ensure a smooth and secure check-in experience We recommend guest to obtain travel insure prior to booking to be protected incase of travel changes close to check in date.

We only allow 10 guest on our property at anytime as per VRBO rules and regulations.

Excessive garbage (indication of a party/ event) is not part of the cleaning fee and will be requested upon checkout.

We love our fury friends yet picking up after them is not part of the cleaning fee. Please refrain from having pets on couches or bed. If excess hair is found on either couches or linen an additional fee of $50 will be added.

Please refrain from using Glitter/ Confetti/ Water Balloons in property as it can affect other guest and is not part of the cleaning fee. Additional fees apply for using such products.

Propane tank / Charcoal is not included.
Tank may be full at times and we do out best to keep them full yet cannot guarantee

Please do not move grill or fire pit. Please contact host

Pictures are subject to change without notice yet will never disrupt your experience

Check in can be at anytime since we have an electronic keypad

Our house is not 100% fragrance free yet do our best to accommodate guest allergies to scents

The lowest that the air can go is 68 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent any damages of our HVAC components

This place was amazing. You can't beat this house. The owner was very responsive with any quires. I can't wait to go back so I can stay here again. The beds were great. You can tell this owner cares. Plenty of towels, the kitchen is well stocked and I just can't get over how nice it is. Again, can't wait to go back.

This was a great property for our family as we spend the Thanksgiving Holiday visiting family from out of town. House was well appointed, had everything we needed and was clean. We will look to stay here again next year too.

Home is beautiful, in a great neighborhood and was extremely clean! VERY comfortable beds, lots of indoor and outdoor seating for my family. My only suggestion would be to have a regular drip coffee pot. Other than that, our stay was phenomenal! Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Lovely modern home with 3 king beds!! Worked super for our family of 4 adults and 1 8 year old. Very spacious with a beautiful kitchen that was well stocked. Thank you Joseph for your quick responses!

Excellent Villa: Super clean, classy

You can't go wrong with this selection for your stay in El Paso -- or for a quick getaway even if you are from the area.This is a super clean, classy villa with plenty of room for family and/or guests. It is a bit on the pricey side, but well worth it if you have the money.

Family gathering

Stayed here in early December - the home was beautiful, lots of room and the backyard with the patio and backyard was so nice (although we didn't get a chance to use it due to other gatherings and happenings). Everything was updated and the host was prompt with answers to any questions. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a large home with a close proximity to everything, yet far enough away from noise and traffic. This property was wonderful for a family stay. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and blankets. Wonderful backyard and a super convenient location for mountain hiking, shopping or getting to highway 10. Stunning master suite and the host was super friendly/responsive. Would absolutely stay again!

We really enjoyed this house. It was clean, big and had everything you would wish for. They even prepared some snacks and coffee. Every room was different and very nice. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. The host was very friendly and it was just perfect.

Amazing!!

Joseph’s property was amazing and perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the small gym in the garage. The place was clean and very well updated and appointed. We even left an electronic device behind and Joseph was so kind as to mail it to us free of charge. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous house in a lovely neighborhood

So sad we only slept overnight for a few hours moving cross country. The house was lovely and such a great neighborhood. Wish we could have enjoyed the area longer!
