Enjoy your own Oasis in the desert with a heated pool, heated hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and movie theater room. All with in walking distance to restaurants and a park. Easy access to I10 and Trans Mountain.

Please note that from October to April the reservation does not included heating the pool or hot tub . The pool and hot tub can be heated for a fee. Please contact host to arrange. The spa will be heated.

This house was such a blessing. My whole family ended up back in El Paso for my grandfathers funeral. That being said, we all wanted to stay together. We were very very lucky to be accommodated here. 18 of us and we couldn’t have had a better time; for being there for a funeral that is. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Even a place for us to do our laundry. The back yard was probably our favorite place. Outdoor tv, heated pool, ping pong, and more. Host was helpful but most of all I appreciated his willingness to accommodate my entire family so that we could stay together. Truly that was the best part. Different circumstances and this would have felt like a vacation. Regardless, we had a most wonderful stay at this home.

This was a nice home very spacious and selected the property because of the larged Outdoor space and media room ...host was responsive and even had a Walmart Delivery for a couple missing items. I would not hesitate to book again. Close to walmart starbucks Dunkin etc.

Great for Families

We were in El Paso for a family event, and rented this house for two families, with four adults and five kids. It worked great for our families, and the kids love the pool and the theater room. Would definitely recommend

Owner was in instant communication when we had a few questions, house was great. Kids loved the theater room. Spent most of our time at the outdoor area, in the pool or hot tub or watching games by the fire.

El Paso Wedding

Our family was in El Paso for my son’s wedding. The Brays Landing house was a perfect location for the many activities associated with the wedding. The house itself provided a quiet refuge for our rest times. The place was perfect for our needs.

Good for large groups

The house overall was in good condition. There were adequate household items in the home. The listing states the pool required a charge to heat but did not say anything for the hot tub. Owner attempted to turn it on remotely and that did not work. Luckily the pool cleaners came during our visit and were able to get it turned on. Lack of instructions on projector in theater room. A pamphlet or binder of instructions would be very helpful. Overall the stay was great and would recommend

Bitter Sweet

Communication with Matthew was good. Entertainment amenities worked well. Air conditioning was fantastic. Outside grill and discada were Amazing. Beds were comfortable. Early afternoon on check in day, we were alerted there was plumbing issues with the kitchen sink. Matthew and a "plumber" tried to rectify prior to check in. Unfortunately, when we checked in at 4:30pm the issue was not fixed. The kitchen sink was not usable during our 9 day stay. It was a tremendous inconvenience to keep the cabinet below the sink dry. We had to monitor a pan, and empty water outside frequently. We also had to be available on some days to have "plumbers" come in and out. Towards the ends of our stay (day 7) when the sink was supposedly fixed, the plumber did not reconnect the dishwasher or hot water line. Matthew apologized during the entire experience. After we checked out, Matthew inquired how he could make it up to us, but we have not heard back. In addition the toilet downstairs did not flush appropriately. It took a long time for tank to refill after each flush. Bitter sweet stay.

We made it work, but. . .

In summary, this property was overpriced. The website of course looks very appealing, but in reality there are many things that need to be addressed. First, owner can't be "too busy" to put together a house manual - number of features weren't useable, dirty hot tub and unknown On switches; no theater instructions until 2 page email forwarded upon request during stay. We were greeted by detached front door handle upon arrival, ie, bad 1st impression; numerous burned out light bulbs inside and out; outdoor rec area was a mess, pingpong balls scattered throughout property as well as broken paddles; area above pool was dirty, grill area gross and basically unuseable; cleaned pool upon arrival with plastic fork, goggles, plastic bag at bottom of pool; closet with pool toys was piled up and a mess; sand play area strewn with toys/items which we cleaned up; we cleaned tables and chairs outside as well as we swept throughout outside areas; back door lock required maneuvering to engage; no dish rags/scrubbies at kitchen sink; carpeting under theater chairs was disgusting and evidently not been addressed for quite some time; missing or broken toilet paper holders in number of bathrooms. Re website, no mention of all bedrooms on 2nd floor, no mention of casita aside from 2 interior pics, no cornhole game found despite prominent pic. Overall, we made the house work, left it much better than we found it. We appreciated 1/2 hour early check-in, house has potential, but. .

Unfortunately this stay was just “okay” and there were a lot of things that were miss leading and lacking. I emailed and called prior to check in to ask for a 1 hour early check in and did not get a response even when I spoke to manager and was told I was going to get a call, which never happens. No hand soap in bathrooms, nor was there shampoo, conditioner nor body soap in any of the showers. Hot tub did not warm nor was it full. We had to contact host to get info on how to start the jets which did turn on but did not heat. No house manual which is frustrating in a large house with lots of questions on how things work. Corn hole was broken. Large movie theater took forever to figure out (due to lack of manual) and no remote so only able to connect with your cell. Outdoor speakers and Tv that are photographed are not available for guest use and connections do not work. Missing a lot of essentials to get by including a cutting board, coffee, large cooking pans, basic kitchen needs.Outdoors grill has not been emptied or cleaned in quite some time with piles of old grill ash. Title was the most miss leading. “Heated pool and hot tub” . Neither was true for our stay. Large pool and outdoor space was nice and as pictured. Rooms and house were rummy and clean. But for the price it was disappointing and felt misleading to have listed & photographed amenities not work nor available to guests.

Perfect holiday getaway

My family of four met my best friend and her family of four to spend thanksgiving together in El Paso. This house was perfect for our holiday together. The kids loved having the heated pool. It was hard to get them out to do anything except to watch movies in the theater. Matthew was wonderful at making sure we had everything we needed including extra cooking supplies for making thanksgiving dinner. There were such lovely and fun touches around the house from beautiful fresh flowers to movie candy and popcorn available to enjoy in the theater. Everything we could need was a short drive from the house and we could easily get to downtown El Paso to walk around and see the sights. I highly recommend this house and would definitely book it again!

Exactly What We Needed & Expected

This house was perfect for 6 adults and two children. The pool, hot tub, ping pong table, corn hole, sandbox and movie theater was a hit with everyone! Everyone had something to do when we were all there at once. Matt is an excellent host; very responsive and accommodating. Check in and check out process was easy. We had a couple small things and he responded right away and even came over to help us get the movie/picture set up correctly as we were not very tech savvy. The house was clean and very comfortable.

Amazing property and backyard! The check in process could have been better - no instructions on wifi, ac, spa instructions and overall info on property (could be fixed with check in handbook or pdf). Property lacked appropriate accommodations for large party (one skillet, one trash bag) - you can definitely work around these to enjoy property as family still had a blast.
