FULLY FURNISHED VACATION RENTAL! Beautiful updated 2 bed/1 bath home with a lovely Arizona room! Spacious eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops. Spacious master bedroom with plenty of closet space with king size beds in each room. Enjoy your sparkling private pool outside or the cozy cabana. (This is a non- heated pool) Fantastic central Surprise location close to freeways, golf and restaurants.

Very clean and functional. New pots an pans so you can actually fry an egg. Beds are firm which we like. The host adds items to the refrigerator like eggs, bread, miscellaneous drinks and coffee. Don't shop ahead of time; look first. Garage access. Very clean bathroom. We have stayed twice 5 days each time. Host is always available.

Wow!!! This property and the host Kim, was the best experience I’ve ever had. From my first contact with Kim, her communication with me was almost immediate. The house, grounds and pool were immaculate. Kim had breakfast in the fridge for us along with other snacks. The house was furnished with everything you can imagine. The kitchen had everything you could need. The yards were gorgeous. The pool was beautiful. I just can’t say enough about how wonderful this property was and how gracious Kim was to us.

We loved our stay, the owners thought of every detail you would want. Beautiful clean home I have stayed at quite a few vrbo’s and have never felt so at home. Great neighborhood beautiful back yard with a wonderful pool and sweet cabana. Beautiful home!

The property is just as listed. Kim and Kyle go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. There were drinks in the fridge, breakfast food for the next morning, every possible cooking utensil/Pam etc. the pool is amazing, very clean. The house felt like home…. So comfy I can’t wait to go back!

Best Place To Stay in the West Valley - Surprise

I've stayed in this beautiful home for two years in a row, and I love it. The host, Kim is the most gracious host who makes sure your stay is very special. The location is close to the stadium for spring training games, great restaurants, and shopping.

Perfect for our family!

The home was so clean and comfortable we instantly loved it. The host was so thoughtful in the accommodations, providing pantry and refrigerator staples and snacks as well as fresh flowers and hygiene products. All instructions were very clear and the host was always kind and responsive.The pool was a must on these sweltering summer days and it did not disappoint. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient and the landscape was beautiful. 10/10!

Peaceful and lovely experience

Our hosts went above and beyond. Basic groceries, detailed instructions and unnecessary but absolutely perfect amenites. We fully utilized the workout equipment and sizable pool (perfect temperature), and especially the fully tuned acoustic guitar! Kim and kyle are highly recommended by us. The property is a nice distance away from too much traffic but close enough to any convenience. It was a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Nice little home in Surprise

Well kept home with stocked refrigerator & pantry, heated pool, all the appliances and garage, communicative host who even offered fresh linens after 1 week! Only drawback is the noise from Bell road, when cars without mufflers enjoy cruising at 4 am.

This was a perfect accommodation for us to visit with family nearby. Loved everything about the place. Thanks for the thoughtfulness (such as breakfast for the first morning) and attention to detail. We would love to stay again when visiting the area.

Cozy and comfy!!!

Loved this home ❤️. Cozy, comfortable, and well stocked!! Even had items in fridge and cabinets for breakfast!! Close to amazing restaurants and you have to get ice cream from Handel's 😋. Sooo good 😊. We definitely would stay here again!!!

Amazing stay!

This place was awesome! Extremely clean and organized. So many little extras to make the stay comfortable. The host has thought of every little detail. Communication was great. When we had a question the host answered immediately. This was a wonderful home and is 5 star place to stay.

The perfect home for a small group
