The Space:
Come take a soak with lux lavender bath bombs and bubble bath in your own private Garden of Eden. Bathroom includes a mood light feature that allows you to either bathe in hues of green or magenta. Then fall asleep in a heavenly bedroom with dark boho inspired décor and twinkling lights.

Escape to The Garden of Eden, where nature thrives and tranquility abounds. Our serene West Olympia neighborhood is home to a small park and walking trail, and guests can even expect occasional visits from friendly deer, rabbits, and foxes. Enjoy convenient access to Capital Mall and I-5, or take a leisurely 25-30 minute stroll to downtown Olympia and Capitol Lake. Experience the perfect balance of city conveniences and natural wonder at our tranquil oasis. Everyone is welcome at the garden of Eden :)

Less than 2 hours drive from two national parks (1 hr 10 mins from Olympic National Park & 1 hr 40 mins from Mt. Rainier with no traffic).

Guests will have access to their own workspace and high-speed internet (perfect for those working remotely).

One bedroom with Queen sized bed, tons of pillows and a closet to store clothes and suite case.

Recently updated bathroom with waterfall shower head! (photos of the bathroom showing a tub only are less recently. Newest bathrooms photos depict full shower/bath tub.)

A microwave and mini-fridge with disposable dinnerware.

Hots will also provide coffee, tea, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and eating/drinking utensils.

Blow dryer, iron and ironing board available for use.

Free parking inside the gate.

Huge, fenced backyard.

Option for laundry service on site (if we are in town) - for a small fee. If we are out of town, there are laundromats conveniently located in the area.

RING is utilized outside of the house only. Both cameras (front and back of the house) are used for security purposes.

This is a pet friendly space. Please do not book if you or anyone in your group has any pet allergies.

Guest Access:
Guests will enter the space through a private door, located on the back porch, via a keyless smart lock with a unique code to be issued to you day of check-in.

Guests will also have access to free high-speed WiFi, free onsite parking, outdoor seating/smoking area (please no smoking beside house doors and windows) and use of the shared fire pit (when burn bans are not in-place).

The suite is equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge, TV with streaming, workspace, and private ensuite**.

Additional Rules:
Please do not block the driveway gate.

Please do not park by mailbox - USPS has made this request and will not deliver mail if cars are parked too close to it.

Please remove your shoes once you've entered the house.

Please no shoes on the carpet.

Keep bathroom fan running during bath. Please keep running for at least 15 mins after bath. Be sure to remember to shut fan off after - especially when exiting the house.

We will keep guests informed of any existing burn-bans that may be in place, as this will dictate whether or not the fire pit may be used.

No smoking by any of the house entrances and windows. Dispose of any cigarette butts.

Please be sure that both windows and doors are locked when leaving the house.

No parties.

Please keep volume at a reasonable level as we do work from home.

Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Our neighbors are great so we would love to keep it that way by showing respect for their space too.

Space allows for two adults and a small animal, comfortably. If brining a pet, you must pick up after them and dispose of their poops. As we also do have a dog, we ask that you please keep your dog on leash in the yard. If you would like your animal to have some exercise in the yard, no worries, just let us know so that we can be sure our pup is in doors at that time. Also, be sure remember to close the driveway gate beforehand so your pup doesn't run off!

If you would like to have a small gathering in the backyard, please ask beforehand so that we may gather further information to make help us make a better determination. This also helps to avoid us from being startled by unexpected guests walking onto our property. Again, the actual suit itself really is only suitable for two adults and one small animal. The backyard area is a shared space so please be comfortable with knowing that we too may be out there having fire or laying in a hammock reading a book, etc.

Prompt 10am checkout time. This allows for just enough time for our cleaners to enter the space and clean/prepare for next guests.

Please be sure that all windows and doors are locked/shut when exiting the room.

As the home is 100 years only, please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Anything else should be disposed of in the trash bin.
