2.5 acre Estate Home Huge Outdoor living area Pool – Central Naples Location
The ultimate in luxury and privacy in The Estates of Naples. This 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house encompasses a total 5000 sf under roof. A custom built south Florida masterpiece is the perfect relaxing retreat for you and your family that exudes the feeling of being in an elite resort. Nestled privately within 2.5 acres of unspoiled SW Florida nature. Abundantly wrapped in Palm trees and tropical foliage this home feels like you have truly escaped all while being right in the heart Naples within the desirable Golden Gate Estates.
The home is one level with no steps to the front door for those requiring wheelchair accessibility. There is a large two garage on one side of the house and also a single car garage, (both of the garages have five steps.)
The open concept kitchen, dining, and living areas all have sliding glass doors that open up to afford beautiful views of the outdoor living area. A spa like courtyard awaits with tranquil water fountains, cozy outdoor furnishings and saltwater pool complete with color changing LED lights at night. For alfresco dinning there is a professional 60" vent hood in the outdoor living area for the grilling chef in your family.
Chefs Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create delicious home cooked meals. Kitchen Aid appliances, blanco granite sink, Induction stove top, and a Keurig coffee maker and massive 10 foot Island all waiting to make your day just a little bit easier. The formal dining room just off the kitchen seats 12 and looks out to the screened lanai pool area.

Master suite is a large retreat with king bed, sitting area, his and hers closets, clawfoot bathtub, large marble shower with two different shower heads including a powerful rain head, a perfect to pamper yourself at the beginning or the end of your day.

The "Casita" is connected to the main house but with a separate entrance for privacy. French doors on the back of the room open to the pool deck and outdoor living areas. This separate suite features a California King bed, full bathroom with walk-in stone shower and separate A/C unit.

Queen bed, closet, dresser, with full ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
Bedroom 4.
Full bed, closet, dresser with mirror, and full ensuite bath.
