The house has everything you need to spend a fantastic vacation. The property has a private pool and resort community ammenities and all the equipment for a comfortable stay, also two rooms for the little ones of the family.

Less than 10 minutes away you will find restaurants and bars where you can enjoy yourself.

Property is close to the children's pool which is great for small families - bu far to the main pool. Property is well maintained, clean and well stocked to eat in. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group.

Overall I do not recommend this place. First the Pros:1- great value! 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms for less then a single hotel room. 2 - I reached out to the property manager the day before we were to check out and asked for a 1 hour later checkout time. She got back to me within an hour and gave us the extension.3 - location! We were close enough to everything Davenport and Orlando offer but still a bit off the path to allow us a bit more quiet.

Awesome Vacation Home

Great house with plenty of space, everyone enjoyed the water slides and pool at the clubhouse. Very easy to get to all attractions. Property owner was super fast with responding to queries and resolving issues

Orlando Family Vacation

The home was beautifully decorated just like the listing. The home was spacious and clean! The starter kit of supplies was sufficient for our five day stay. The gated entrance was an added plus. The guard was very helpful upon arrival and I didn't have any issues with access during our stay.

Excellent Communication

Property owner was great to rent from. I had a little problem with security with getting in the gate (we had more than one vehicle). Contacted property owner and she resolved the problem right away. Will rent property again from her. Excellent customer service!!!

Ameera left the townhouse in good condition. She followed the policies and rules. The cleaning company said that Ameera left the facilities was in an orderly fashion. We welcome Ameera and her family to use our vacation residence again.

Champions Gate Townhome

Champions Gate is huge; it was a much larger community than we expected. Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. It had ample space and included everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were helpful and communication was quick. The kids were disappointed that construction on the new community swim area near the property wasn’t complete while we were there. It looks like a cool amenity, and a much needed addition which should help alleviate some of the crowding at the Oasis Club resort.

Wonderful

Stayed here for a week and would definitely stay here again. Home was equipped with enough towels, toilet paper, etc to get us through the week. Home was very clean. Washer and dryer were like new. We spent most of our time sitting by the pool. I liked the privacy walls between each pool, we could hear the people on each side but were not face to face with them. There is plenty of shopping including a Publix within 5 minutes of the house. The community pool and restaurant were both great. Did have a shuttle service available to take you to and from these. It was nice to go have a frozen drink during the 94' heat. I would recommend this house and would definitely bring more family next time.

would not stay again

Do not pay for the pool to be heated, the cold tap from the sink is warmer, only after arrival do you find out that it will only take the chill off and then only if the sun is on the pool which it is not at this time of year, they turn it on for 8hrs a day after which it reverts back to being even colder overnight The pictures do not show that you are overlooked from the pool area by tall houses no more than a couple of yards away and rubbish strewn along the ally. they give the impression that there is a golf course at the rear, could not be further from the truth. No wine glasses / trivets / coasters / scissors or oven gloves. the frying pans are way past usability. They advise that the bbq (Rusty &dirty)is there for quests convenience, which has a cycle lock on it, then to use it a $50 charge. The cushions on the sofa smell of food and dust we had to leave them out side until we left the property. We were promised a kettle to boil water for tea but there was nothing there, then told to use a pod coffee maker for luke warm water, tea and coffee do not mix Very basic amenities suited for 1 or 2 night stays, Not what I would expect from a Vrbo listing 7 day stay. The size of the property is fine for 4 The cleaning routine needs improving most corners were grubby and dusty Beds were fine The rubbish box by the front door had bones and debris inside I doubt if it had ever been cleaned. AMAZING 4Bdr/3Ba House,Private POOL(totally overlooked) I think NOT.

The guests have fabricated a lie. This property has all the amenities listed. The guests failed to look for the kitchen mittens, glasses, pots, and pans. There was a kettle; however, a previous guest must have taken the kettle. This property received five stars prior to these guests in cleanliness, amenities, and pleasure. The guests paid for the pool being heated for 8 hours with a discount. The guests complained about everything, and we wish them well in the future. The golf course is outside the property within walking distance. I hope and pray that these guest would never request a stay at this property.

La maison est parfaite et très propre à l’intérieur . L’extérieur a besoin d’un petit nettoyage. Seule chose que nous avons trouvé difficile est les accessoires dans la cuisine. Manque beaucoup de chose pour cuisiner et le nombre de plat ne convient pas pour recevoir 10 personnes
