Our beautiful Mediterranean beach house is bright and airy, 3 bd/2bath 1,500 sq ft in a highly desirable location: 6 houses from the beach and 2 blocks from the lively and popular 2nd Street Restaurant and Shopping District. Belmont Shore is a fun and walkable town, where you are steps away from the beautiful beach, breakfast and coffee shops, acclaimed restaurants, and shopping boutiques of Belmont Shore. We are 3 miles from all this: Long Beach Convention Center, Queen Mary, Cruise Lines, Aquarium of the Pacific, Pike Outlets Mall and Downtown Long Beach. Conveniently 10 minutes from the freeways, it's a perfect home base for all your beach and So Cal adventures.

Living room: Large Thomasville L-shaped sofa with down-covered cushions, 65in flat screen smart TV with Netflix/Disney/Hulu/ESPN. A separate cozy nook with 2 comfy armchairs for an intimate chat with your bestie.

Dining: Large expandable dining table with 6 chairs

Kitchen: Fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances: refrigerator with ice maker, wine cooler, stovetop, and oven. Microwave, toaster, air fryer, rice cooker, and Keurig coffee machine. Pots/pans/baking sheets are all provided. Pantry stocked with basic cooking supplies such as oil/sugar/spices.

Bedroom 1 (downstairs): King bed, 2 nightstands, 40in a flatscreen smart TV. Direct door access to separate vanity area and bathroom with tub/shower. Vanity area with makeup area and closets. Large windows to let in ocean breezes and a ceiling fan to circulate it.

Bathroom: Full bathroom with tub/shower.

Upstairs : Airy and bright, with lots of windows in the hallway and bedrooms to allow the ocean breeze to come in.

Bedroom 2: large room with 2 (two) twin XL beds sitting area with Papasan chair. Air conditioner and ceiling fan, large windows to let in ocean breeze.

Bedroom 3: large room with 2 (two) regular twin beds and lounge chair. Ceiling fan and large windows to let in ocean breeze.

Bathroom: Full bathroom with rainfall shower.

**We are so close to the beach that our "natural" air conditioner is mother nature's ocean breezes. We have 4 (four) ceiling fans, one in each room (living room and each bedroom), and one air conditioner in an upstairs bedroom. Big windows throughout the house can open out to let in the cool fresh sea breeze.

Front courtyard: Large L-shape sitting area, dining set and BBQ. View of beach and kites (summer) from couch. A charming outdoor courtyard to drink coffee, eat meals and enjoy the California sunshine.

The Neighborhood: A quiet neighborhood on a pretty tree-lined street. We are 4 houses from Belmont Beach a beautiful and active beach, where you can watch the reggatta and kite surfers in the summer. Stroll along the beach path past Rosie's Dog Beach and Belmont Beach Veteran's Pier, and watch the gorgeous sunset. Hang out on the sand and watch the many volleyball games going on (we supply beach chairs, towels, straw mats, umbrellas and cooler bags). Stop at Belmont Brewery along the beach path for a beer and baja fish tacos, with a fantastic beach view.

Stroll 2 blocks up to 2nd Street and enjoy the lively, fun, and trendy dining and shopping district in Long Beach. Featuring 15 blocks of restaurants, bars, and boutiques, it's a popular hang-out to dine, drink, shop, and be merry. 2nd Street has everything from breakfast and coffee shops, bakery, bars, acclaimed restaurants, and eclectic boutiques.

A great home base for all your So Cal activities: 2.5 miles from Cal State Long Beach, 3 miles from Downtown Long Beach and LB Convention Center, Shoreline Park, Cruise Terminals and The Queen Mary, and The Aquarium of the Pacific, and Pike Outlet Shopping Mall.
