Less than four miles to the boat ramp, marina, and overlook park located on Lake Cypress Springs!
This rustic fishing retreat is perfect for a one man get away or fishing tournaments on Lake Cypress Springs or Bob Sandlin. The Open layout of this cabin offers a fully stocked kitchen and ADA bathroom, living area with smart TV and WIFI. The bathroom is accessible through the kitchen and living area. Master bedroom has a full-sized bed with hanging rod and dresser. The front porch has a ADA ramp, grill and seating area for two!

Parking Notes: parking varies between houses only one vehicles per cabin. (Parking may be available at office for trailers or excess vehicles).
Security deposit is equal to one nights stay and will be refunded within 7 days if there is no damage and checkout requirements are met.
